There are too many choices in the area to make the mistake of staying here
Pros:

We came down for the long weekend over valentine's day. At check in they asked if it was ok to change the room from a king-size that we booked to a double they did find a king size when I said that wouldnt work for us. The walls are super thin its like everything in the hallway is in the room with you. The elevator loudly sings all day and night. We attempted to shut the heat off but it kept turning back on the room was extremely warm. We left the TV on to drown out the noise but it must be on an automatic sleep timer because it kept shutting off.

My biggest complaint tho is safety if your a solo traveler dont come here. The outside doors do not require key access no matter the time of night. And on the 2nd night of our stay they didnt have enough parking so they had us park at there sister property motel 6 the originally wanted us to walk back from it but when we emphasized how dangerous that was due to the time of night un shoveled sidewalks etc they got us an uber. The lobby of both motel 6 and LA quinta was full of teenagers clearly planing on or attempting to have a hotel party. The front desk staff both at night and in the morning said when ever they sell out they have to have people park at motel 6 because there isn't enough space and they dont compensate for the inconvenience or lack of safety because it happens.

Ok stay except for the number of bugs I encountered. Maid never cleaned during the 2 days I was there. And that was fine
