Very disappointed in this hotel. We saw a mouse in our room. The hotel was very dirty. Ran out of food.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in USA.

Cons:

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Our room was in terrible condition: the door required extreme force to shut, the ceiling was leaking, and the space had a foul odor with sticky floors. The TV, chairs, table, and ironing board were all stained and dusty. To make matters worse, this was our second room—we had to move from the first one because the previous guest's unflushed toilet paper was still in the bowl upon arrival. Completely unacceptable.

The room itself was comfortable, bed was comfortable & clean.

Cons:

Key card always messed up. Called to get room towels, I had to go get them myself. Bathroom toilet flushing issue same with shower. Weird odor. Pool area bathroom DISGUSTING. Built up dirty swim towels, no clean swim towels. Inside of pool looked like no one cleaned it in YEARS no one cleaned the bugs out the pool.

I was dirty There were bedbugs.never come to clean the room there’s not towels I moved out before the agreed-upon date, and I didn't get any money back.

Cleaning staff were very friendly, pool was in rough shape but we enjoyed using it

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work so it was super uncomfortable; toilet needed constant plunging and was “sweating/dripping” because it was so hot in the room; watched non-guests being let into pool area then they left trash and were loud and obnoxious; woke up to mouse eating our food. I think there may be long term people living there and were a bit sketchy.

Cons:

The room was in dire need of upgrades, especially the tub and commode areas. Breakfast was poor.. ran out of food by 8:15. No other restaurants or eating establishments within walking distance.
