The towels were pretty old. I judge the hotels by the towels they provided.
Cleaner than the first hotel we picked
The front desk person told me that he couldn’t accommodate my family and told me it was my fault for booking the rooms we did when I had a screen shot of the rooms we picked to accommodate everyone
The room was clan but there were many oversights. Inside the drawers had debris. The plaster in the bathroom was chalky on the floor. Sheets were very itchy.

They had a shuttle from the airport or they would pay for your Uber at the shuttle is not available
I had took a shower sat down on the bed. I was eating a doughnut and a rat ran past my feet I immediately gather all my things went down too alert management management said that they couldn’t do anything because I Booking.com so I called Booking.com. They spoke with the manager, and she assured me that she would confirm for Booking.com to refund my money before I left to the hotel because I cannot stay there another minute she tried to offer another role but the condition of the hotel you can tell that it was a problem as of now I still have not received my refund, and I have spoke with three managers as well as Booking.com the experience was terrible and I still have not got results.
Breakfast it was very good
Room wasn’t not bad but needed more towels we were five people for two towels the bathroom the tub was clogged the bathroom didn’t have paper toilet and I ask the housekeeper for it but other than that, was fine
I think the hotel need more service on cleaning the pool getting it ready for the next day to use
Check each tub before everyone comes in to sea if is clogged or not that’s very important
And housekeeping checking the rooms to sea if there something missing in the rooms
good location, pool was nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable beds, pillows, breakfast was pretty good too
The hotel was a little dingy, common areas not very clean. A persistent oudour was lingering through the halls and elevator.
I wasn't there long enough to use the amenities but the pool looked clean and maintained the breakfast area was clean but I didn't have time for breakfast
The ac kept making a weird noise when it started up but worked fine the elevator "works" but left a lot to be desired

I saw a RAT in the room and they won't refund me
The pool was nice and refreshing and the bed was pretty good and the AC worked nice.Now the bad and it’s a list. The room had a strong odor not like the one one the hallway, that was different. The toilet ran and the shower got clogged up. The refrigerator freezer only cooled didn’t freeze my ice packs. the shower was dated and not very nice and clean.cheap shower curtain also.the washer they had worked but the dryer didn’t. The elevator was slow as molasses quicker to take the stairs which I did or make sure you get a room on the lobby level. My key card just wouldn’t work except on my 4th replacement but by then it was time to leave anyways. And saving the best for last they have roaches and not the kind you smoke but the nasty kind..I had to thoroughly check everything so I didn’t bring anything home with me. A big Yuck..So now you can make a decision that aligns with your better judgement , conscience and plainol’ good common sense. But hey you might like cockroaches where you sleep.
If it wasn’t for the roaches I would’ve given this place a solid 4.5 out of 10. That’s not that good.
Very polite and helpful staff ! Front desk is understandable courteous , clean rooms and a better price . Nice pool area you could have a small get together and have a good time at a place like this .

Tired and worn. Some room worn areas; front desk do not present well—poor dress; poor interaction. Too casual and removed from client.
Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Variety of choices for breakfast.
Woke on the morning of our 2nd night to find 2 cockroaches near shower and 4 cockroaches in and near the sink.
