Pros:

Breakfast was basic but perfectly satisfactory. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The shower did not work and although reported it was not fixed, An ironing board was provided and although an iron was requested this was not produced. The breakfast items were not replenished without asking. Never received the email regarding joining Best Western Rewards despite asking twice.

Comfortable but getting tired
Pros:

The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

The room was starting to show its age. The bracket which should hold the shower head was missing, so the shower head was held onto the apparatus with three plastic straps and had very limited movement. Unlike newer properties, there are no USB outlets on the lamps. The foot stool adjacent to the chair had a rip in the appolstery.

Crooked buisness
Pros:

This place is a shady business. I always book a hotel that allows me to pay upon arrival. 1st I get a text from my MCG telling me some hospitality group is trying to take out money of my account for 60.00, suspected fraud charge, so I ended up 3 hours from home without my credit card because they had to mail me a new one. Then I get an email saying my best western payment didn't go through. Uh,wtf? I don't pay before hand cuz I'll either pay in cash or use my debit. When I called they said well we tried charging it because they were all booked and we hadn't checked in it. They wanted to make sure we were still using the room. Wtf? Check in time was 3 first of all. And I'm gonna use cash. Well Cash for the room will be more money. So that infuriated me. I told them we'd be there at 3 to check in. I get there the room went from 200 to 300. A 100.00 deposit! I was livid. Had I used cash it was a 200. Deposit! I asked the chic behind the counter several times will I get my deposit back? I'm still waiting. It's a good thing I had cash. Cuz if I didn't. I would have been screwed. Crooked place. Sheisty if u ask me

Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Location. Next to a canabis type store. People in parking lot may not have been hotel guests. Smallest number of breakfast items we have had recently at a Best Western and limited seating. On basically a dead end road by airport.

For the price and the reviews I read, it was as expected. A modest place, budget price.
Pros:

The room was moderately clean. The breakfast was decent -- good selection.

Cons:

One of the beds had no comforter (just sheets) and there were no extra blankets in the room. All the rooms lock you out at 10 am, but check-out is at 11. Staff were moderately helpful.

Pros:

Location was ok, room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not too "hot".

Breakfast especially the eggs didn't look appetizing and there was no waffle machine.

Surpassed expectations
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. I was told the hotel was in a bad neighborhood, but the hotel was safe and very clean and more comfortable than a lot of higher-priced hotels. I was very pleased.

Cons:

I had to leave unexpectedly sooner than I had anticipated or what I had paid for.

The mattress was the only amenities I enjoyed

Cons:

Our stay at the Best Western Hartford Hotel and Suites was very disappointing due to multiple room maintenance and functionality issues.

​The air conditioning system did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the window lacked proper coverings/blinds for privacy and light control. Key amenities were also out of service: the in-room telephone was non functional, and we experienced ongoing issues with both the Wi-Fi connection and the television service.

​Given these basic room requirements were not met, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.
