Would never stay there again. Feel bad for some of the staff, they were good people.

Close to location of event

Cons:

Ghetto people staying there. Trash all over parking lot. Had a fight breakout in the middle of the night between a black couple screaming and yelling. In the morning another black couple had a fight in the lobby. Ghetto trash.

I appreciated the patience of staff putting up with young children very excited to be with cousins,
Pros:

I have some food allergies, and therefore usually need to bring my own food items when I stay in a hotel. That did not turn out well.

Cons:

Because I need to bring my own food items due to food allergies, I depend upon the refrigerator in my room. Therefore, I was very disappointed when my second day, I opened my refrigerator to find everything frozen solid, and some of my food items are not easily replaced. I reported this when it was discovered, and was told that any reimbursement was up to the management. I checked out yesterday, and wait to hear back from the management.

Staff nice.and helpful, Great breakfast. Only stood one night. Room was fine and clean. The hanging out outside made it sketchy. But overall it was fine.

Bad. I’ve never written a review that said that before.
Pros:

Front desk employee was kind and helpful, free breakfast area was well stocked with several hot items.

Cons:

Interior smelled bad, first room smelled bad and had broken leaky fridge, second room had no bathroom fan resulting in epically wet slippery floors and surfaces, toe nail clippings along floor next to the bed, outlet that didn’t work, remote with dead batteries, ripped curtains and the workout room had minimal broken and sticky equipment.

Good value but please actually provide breakfast.
Pros:

Good location, staff took good care of my shipped packages .

Cons:

Breakfast was very stingy, 4/5 mornings of my stay food has ran out very early in the morning and no refills. Lots of guests were not fed.

The staff at the front desk were very nice, polite and helpful! Especially the newer gentleman (I believe his name was Juan)

Cons:

I was not happy about how dirty the room we had was. The sheets were stained and there were random chunks of what look like boogers on the wall by my bed. On top of that, we came back to out room on one of the nights of our stay to a bag of trash left in our sink by housekeeping, which also didn't make our beds at any point during our stay. All of that is making me reconsider booking this hotel for next year.

Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent WiFI - I needed to work and the signal was excellent throughout my stay, and fine for video calls
Good breakfast - standard options, good quality
Functional gym - felt the equipment was a bit dated but I was able to workout without issue
Great sized room - spacious and comfortable
Washing facilities - how much do you hate the ridiculous amounts that hotels charge for this? Not here. Washing machine and powder provided and you can do it yourself

Cons:

Minor criticism would be that facilities looked a bit tired in places - could do with some decoration
If you do not drive, taxi is the only real option for getting into town

Good for a one night rest in a long read trip

Convenient if you need a break from the road.

Nice staff.

Cons:

Located in an industrial zone - not convenient if you want to use it as a base to explore the town.
The building and furnishings were old and worn out.
Many guests don’t seem to adhere to the non-smoking policy. Our room smelled like cigarettes and Fabreeze. The hallways also had an odour.
