The first room we were assigned smelled like smoke and strong air fresheners trying to cover it. We switched rooms. We were told they thought the smell would have been out by then.

We didn’t notice until the morning that there was an old blood spot on a pillowcase that actually went through to the pillow.

The staff was very nice and helpful. However, I will not stay here again.

Easy access to and from major highway system. Near large shopping area. Quiet location. Easy check in and check out.

Room was clean, but was like a walk in closet. No microwave in the room. Only a few channels on TV. Only 1 elevator works an was slow. Breakfast was satisfying if you eat pork. An the bathroom was just as small as the room , with the shower behind the door so watch your feet.

The facilities were great even for someone on a short visit. Loved the complimentary breakfast as well.

Everything about this stay was great. Location to shopping and dining is ideal. The area around hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. Very Clean hotel.

The room was clean and staff was great. It was inconvenient having only one working elevator.

I stayed here to attend a Ghost concert, I felt very safe and the area was very clean. I was a bit skeptical since a previous hotel around Raleigh wasn’t nice, but I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the Crabtree Mall, which was very convenient.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating.Bed was quite comfortable and desired temperature was easily maintained.
For the price the room was quite small. I would have expected at least real drink glasses and coffee cups instead of the paper ones that were there

We were originally put in a smoking room, which we didn’t like, however we asked for a different room and were quickly accommodated.

My sister and i attended the wu tang final concert and this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and of course the breakfast!

Beautiful area, walking distance to huge mall. Hotel looks brand new, beautiful with all the perks including: Free breakfest, free parking. Everything was above and beyond, including the pool. All staff were friendly and profesional. I have been in many hotels, but this has been the best. To top it all off, their price was the most competitive, so, the best for less.

The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied with the room. There was a lot of space in the room. The shower was great. And the continental breakfast was perfect. Although we didn't get a chance to get into the pool because of the weather it did look very clean.

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff, great breakfast offerings. Cozy room with a separate sitting area.

Rooms were of usual Fairfield standard. Desk staff were friendly and helpful both at check in and throughout the stay. A small problem with a missing tv remote was resolved straightaway.
