Nice room, poor surroundings.
Pros:

I liked the room, in particular the shower. The small toilet was bland and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel room.

Cons:

Firstly the staff I was greeted by initially was not very welcoming, very formal and correct, maybe that is the requirement but not warm.
Secondly, the roadworks outside the hotel are very off putting, makes the appreciation of the hotel completely different. This should be explained when booking.
