Fijn verblijf om de stad te ontdekken
Pros:

Fijn hotel, in het centrum. Kamer was erg schoon en gratis gebruik van de minibar. Ook het eten in het restaurant was erg goed. Manier van bordje draaien om kamer wel/niet schoon te maken vonden wij erg fijn.

Cons:

Helaas was bij ons het zwembad nog niet open, ondanks dat het al gevuld was én mooi weer.

Very well situated hotel to discover the city and excellent food.
Pros:

Very well situated to discover the old center of Zaragoza. Food (breakfast & dinner) was very good. Comfortable bedding.
Personnel are super friendly.

Cons:

The rooms facing the street are noisy. We travelled with a dog and were charged 60 € per night. For that price, we would have expected a little something for the dog in the room but found nothing. The swimming pool does not open until 1st of June, that could be clearly stated on the website especially when the picture of the rooftop bar and swimming pool is one of the first pictures you see on the website. When we stayed 2 years ago, the hotel would offer a discount on the inside parking opposite. That is no longer the case. One day, our room was not looked after until 16.00. Not what you expect in a 4*.

Excelente hotel a un paso del centro
Pros:

Buena atención del personal, buena limpieza, sensacional la terraza de la azotea y buena ubicación. A pesar de no estar en todo el centro, en cinco minutos estás en la arteria principal, la zona de bares, los comercios, etc

Cons:

Por poner un pero, la habitación que nos dieron daba a la zona donde estaban los equipos de aire acondicionado y se oía algo de ruido. Otra cosa, es que la almohada era demasiado blanda, aunque esto es algo personal e intrascendente.

Desayuno increíble y buenas instalaciones

Cons:

Me pareció bastante caso para los servicios que ofrecen, la ducha está integrada en la habitación y no ofrece sistema de ventilación individual, al igual que el baño, no dispone de sistema de ventilación por lo que o se queda ahí el olor o se distribuye por la habitación

Pros:

El desayuno, muy bueno. Buen producto y variado.

Cons:

Cuarto de retrete sin ventilación, tapa del retrete que no se sostiene levantada y que tras quejarnos dicen que el modelo de retrete es así. Cuando abandonamos la habitación volvieron a entrar y arreglaron lo que supuestamente era in-arreglable. Pero claro, ya habíamos pasado más de la mitad de nuestra estancia.

Excelente hotel! Todo muy cómodo y amplio. Muy cerca del casco antiguo y con una parada de camión muy cerca también.
Las almohadas muy ricas.

Cons:

Esto ya es exigencia, pero las toallas se cuelgan en ganchos dentro del WC. Creo que eso podría mejorar.
