Sound from the road mat rempit a lot during midnight especially sleeping facing imbi road . Improve the soundproofing everything will be perfect
The room furniture was new
The staff was extremely rude and inefficient , even after booking a lounge level room, we were made to wait for very long at check-in and when finally our turn came, their system stopped working.
The receptionist took forever guiding the guest before us, seemed intentional, and didn’t bother to tell us what facilities can be used by what time etc.
There were no welcome drinks even though they guided us to take the monorail, hence we were hot and tired.
since the system was not working we were sent to the lounge which was pathetic in terms of drinks and food, space was too small
Facilities are terrible, gym is limited and pool was the 3x a bath tub.
The worst is that their air conditioning DOESNT WORK, maintenance came and cleaned the filter claiming it will work now which didn’t help. We asked for a fan which made it bearable.

Il servizio ha avuto un costo elevato e non siamo stati rimborsati per quanto accaduto.
Pessima la gestione del personale della struttura. Disorganizzato e non preparato per gestire disservizi tali.
Valuterò negativamente anche altre strutture melià per il futuro
The soundproofing seems to be quite poor, as I can hear other guests’ voices very clearly from my room. The noise can be quite disturbing, especially when I’m trying to rest. I hope the management can look into both the flooring and the soundproofing to improve the overall guest experience.
The breakfast seems to be not hot enough. Some of the food was only lukewarm, and I think it would be better if the dishes were kept warmer, especially during breakfast hours. I hope the hotel can look into this to ensure the food is served at a more suitable temperature for guests.
The location.
The floor and sofa was not vacuum clean. Dusty and hair on the floor. Can be better.

El hotel necesita una renovación porque se le nota el paso de los años. La distribución del baño es poco funcional. Pese a estar en la planta 11 las ventanas no aíslan bien y se escucha el ruido de la calle ya que es de mucho tránsito rodado.
Location was everything for us, it was central to all our needs Malls, eat street & transport around the city . The staff were Fabulous, punctual & accommodating. Loved our room it was just the right size & comfortable.
Our bed needed a mattress topper to make it more comfortable as it was quite firm & I like a softer mattress.
