Not happy
Pros:

The property seems dated. Aircon not very effective. Wifi very poor

Cons:

Improve aircon & wifi reception. Booking.com promised provision of complimentary private taxi pickup at airport but, despite many requests, no response on the service by Booking.com. Booking.com should reimburse me the cost of the private taxi service

Pros:

El desayuno es excelente. Muchas opciones orientales y occidentales.

Pros:

Our second time staying at Melia KL. Lovely hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing in KL. Conveniently located across the road from a Mall and only a short walk to the best Night Markets in KL.
Wonderful breaky buffet.

Cons:

Beds a little firm for us, didn't ask if they had toppers?

Doesn't live up to expectations
Pros:

Huge room and great location.

Cons:

Everything was very worn out. The breakfast was very diverse but... just unpalatable. Wi-Fi was terribly slow. And most importantly, we had serious doubts about the cleanliness and freshness of the bed linen.

Price doesn’t justify the negative sides. There are cheaper options that are better.
Pros:

- Good location next to train station
- Large room
- Couple of (very tiny) 7-11 shops around
- They turned down the music on hallway for me on my last nigh

Cons:

- Receptionist lady just made me fill a form and gave the keys. I would expect at least she will mention amenities etc. Literally 0 communication.
- In the room there is hard mattress on bed, your mattress in your house is way more comfortable than that.
- The mattress is itchy. Almost like there are bed bugs on that.
- There were piss marks on the toilet.
- There is a melodic music from hallway at least 15hrs a day, so that you can’t rest in your room or work during day. It starts at 8:00 and wakes you up. Ends at 23:00. Impossible to rest.
- In the shower, shower head was broken, wasting around 30% of the water.
- They turn on huge fan machines during cleanup, in front of your door. I woke up to that at 10:00 morning, because I thought there is a construction happening in the bathroom.
- Pool is small.
- Since it’s located next to a busy road, around 02-00-04:00 night, you will hear loud cars.
- Slow wifi speed. I had to use my phone internet during an online meeting
