客房環境髒兮兮！枕頭，沙發都還有污漬，很像沒整理過一樣，要來住這裡真的要三思，雖然方便但是真的很破舊，我們還住到漏水房間那個漏水大到像水庫洩洪，跟飯店反應，飯店只說幫你換一間雙人房可是是兩張單人床房型，要雙人床還要加錢，又不是我們要換房間是

Very Nice stay
Pros:

Room was very spacious, and clean. The staff was accomodating as we arrived earlier than check-in. Animation for Lunar New Year were very nice to see. Hotel is located next to two malls which is helpful for shopping. Also very well located if you are coming from KL Sentral

Cons:

Hotel is located next to road with a lot of traffic. It's also far from the cultural site if you are walking but still quickly accessible if you are using a taxi.

Pros:

Ho molto apprezzato la cordialità del personale e l’ampiezza degli spazi, a partire dalla hall. Inoltre la stanza era davvero molto grande, il letto immenso e molto comodo.
La doccia raggiungeva ottime temperature ed una super pressione!

Cons:

Le lenzuola del letto sono state trovate sporche di nero, le macchie erano molto evidenti e mi sorprende che le lenzuola non siano state cambiate dopo la pulizia della mattina. Gli interruttori della luce sono un po’ bizzarri. I due all’ingresso non accendono la stanza e quelli della camera sono solo dal lato sinistro del letto. La persona al lato destro non può accendere o spegnere nulla…
La piscina è carina, ma veramente poco profonda e con acqua fredda…un po’troppo fredda per i miei gusti (ma è soggettivo), suggerirei di fissare un po’ meglio le scalette perché si muovevano molto.
Nota dolente per noi è stato il rooftop, sul quale puntavamo. Avevamo scelto questa struttura convinti che avremmo potuto osservare i festeggiamenti del capodanno cinese dalla terrazza situata al 18º piano. Purtroppo non è stato così. Siamo saliti al 18º piano due volte, trovando tutto buio pesto, senza nemmeno una luce accesa (pericoloso), o un cartello con indicazioni. Per cui mi sono recata alla reception per domandare se il rooftop fosse aperto. Mi è stato risposto che a causa del temporale del pomeriggio, la terrazza era stata chiusa.
Presumo che nessun ospite fosse stato avvisato, e purtroppo per noi ha inficiato molto sulla qualità dei festeggiamenti del capodanno cinese, periodo che avevamo precisamente scelto per la nostra permanenza a KL. I fuochi d’artificio sono durati fino a mezzanotte e siamo stati costretti a guardarli dal corridoio del nostro piano, appiccicati alle finestre che sono laterali, con vetrate semi oscurate rischiando di disturbare chi voleva dormire.

We had a fabulous stay and very happy with everything at Melia!
Pros:

We had a fabulous time at the Melia KL! The staff was very friendly and helpful specially Shan at the reception who helped us with our early check in and also Aneesa who helped us with the late checkout. All the staff were very friendly and their service was excellent. The location was closeby to all major attractions and it was super convenient to get about and get around. Its right opposite Berjaya Times square so anytime u want meals or buy anything u just need to cross the road. The metro station is just there too. One day we had breakfast at their buffet and it was quite wholesome. They clean the rooms and change towels every single day which was great.

Cons:

Nothing about the property but the location is so prime that sometimes traffic gets build up in that area and it’s difficult to get to the hotel during peak hours like after office hours.
