Pros:

The staff polite and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean,

Cons:

Booking site stated 25% on food but were charged full price when ordered room service food. Reason given that food hv to be consumed at cafe not room service??!. If that's the case please make it clear in the booking site. We would hv gone down to the cafe.

Excellent
Pros:

Melia is always my choice when ever I am travelling to KL . The staff are all very friendly . Did not have any problems or issues . I have stayed in Melia many times . It’s always great .

Cons:

There is nothing much but I visited the rooftop bar . Not to my expectation . Can be improved .

Pleasant One-Night Stay
Pros:

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly; I reached early that day so I thought I'd ask if they can allow me for an early check in, Ms. Leini was the one who helped me and even gave me a room upgrade. The one-night stay was very pleasant, 10/10 will recommend to anyone who is thinking of booking, and especially for those who are planning to travel by public transport, as the hotel is right next to Imbi Monorail Station.
Also, I ordered room service that night because I was too lazy to head out, the Lasagne tastes great!

Cons:

The room was comfy, only the walls are kind of thin. I can hear the conversation next door without a doubt.

Decent Value for location and comfortable room.
Pros:

Comfortable clean room. Conveniently located for transportation, restaurants and shopping. Abundant breakfast with large selection. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Common areas need a little remodeling….Galway carpet very tired. Coffee at breakfast was not good.

残念なホテル
Pros:

露天で買ったマンゴーを、お願いして剥いてもらいました。

Cons:

バスローブやバスタオルがなかった。歯ブラシも、歯磨き剤がなく誰かが開けた形跡があった。ドライヤーも壊れていて使えなかった。その度に、対応してくれましたが、きちんと用意していて欲しかったです。

Pros:

Room wise is clean and tidy. Cleaning service is top notch. Bed is quite comfy with dark out curtains. Have 7-11 and KK mart nearby. Location right in thick of action opp to Berjaya Times Sq, and walking distance to Low Yat, Jalan Alor, Lot10, Pavilion, Lalaport and etc.

Cons:

Hotel looks in need of a major renovation. Near to main room so if are staying 10 floor or below, road noise is abundant and unavoidable. Narrow carpark so drive safely. Super expensive carpark rate at 10rm per entry even for hotel guest.

Pros:

Comfortable room in excellent location across from Berjaya Times Square. One minute walk to monorail and 10 mins to Bukit Bingtang. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast.
