Meh. Won’t stay there again due to lack of customer service.

Cons:

Duty Manager and check in person had no interest in resolving our issue. We were assured an answer would be received but heard nothing back.
They tried to blame Booking.com but I showed messages that proved the issue was to be resolved on their end.

Simply excellent in every way
Pros:

Room facilities were comfortable and cozy. It had all the amenities required for relaxing.
Shower was superb with high pressure water all day.
Excellent breakfast which included a wide variety of western, Malaysian and Indian food, served hot and fresh.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Location was excellent right opposite Berjaya Times Square and Imbi monorail station.

Cons:

Check in was at 3.00pm and had to request an early check in at a payment.

Easy access to Bukit Bintang and Public Transport, breakfast is great and book for Level Room
Pros:

We stayed at the Level Room, view is amazing, quiet, spacious, comfy bed, everything is fully function, we had complementary benefit to enjoy drinks and snacks at the Level Lounge. Breakfast was superb with many options.
