More attention to the guest is required
Pros:

Property was well located, and it’s reasonably clean and I wouldn’t say it’s all that.

I had to wait for almost 10 minutes in the queue for reception desk the restaurant staff was very rude and the hotels didn’t seem to care. and I personally would not stay at this hotels.

Bel hôtel très bien situé, pratique pour visiter Milan
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très bien équipé. Situation parfaite pour visiter Milan : un peu à l'extérieur du centre mais situé sur une ligne de métro (à 2mn de l'hôtel) directe pour le Duomo. Parking sur place.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec large choix.

Awesome. Very convenient.
Pros:

The staff was awesome. The local metro is very close to the hotel and gets you to the centre in 10 minutes. There is a VERY good seafood restaurant with very good prices just around the corner. Parking on the street, directly outside the front door was easy and cheap (paid till 6pm, after-which is free). The gym was new and well maintained.

Cons:

The area is a little grim but it felt safe to park the car and to walk to the metro. The hotel itself is beautiful. Feels well maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

Pros:

Personnel tres disponible, équipement et chambre parfait. Emplacement du métro à 50 m ainsi qu'un tres bon restaurant.

Ottima scelta, ottima posizione, zona molto bella residenziale
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in una zona residenziale molto bella e una posizione perfetta a 10 minuti di metropolitana dal Duomo. La zona la sera è molto tranquilla e silenziosa davvero un posto perfetto sia per un soggiorno di Lavoro che di piacere puoi raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più importanti in modo veloce e pratico sia in taxi sia in metropolitana.

Comfortable Hotel located near Metro line with easy access to Duomo and Central Station.
Pros:

It was near the Metro train line that goes to Duomo and Central Station. From these we could connect easily to other train lines.
Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The noise of airconitioning/heating system for the hotel near our room which ran from 7am to 11pm. It also caused the windows to rattle.

Sehr veraltete Gebäude, 11. Stockwerk vermeiden
Pros:

Die Zimmern sind relativ groß. Verbindung zu U-Bahn könnte nicht besser werden. Die Haltestelle ist gleich da neben. Bettwäsche waren sauber.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist sehr veraltet. Achtung ⚠️: die Zimmer auf dem 11. Stock vermeiden. Die Ventilation System lautet wie eine Hubschrauber. Erste Nacht könnte wir kaum schlafen. Nächste Tag haben wir einen anderen Zimmer auf dem 10. Stock bekommen. Es ist seit längerem bei deren Personal bekannt, aber tu so als was neues gewesen wäre. Als Vergütung habe wir nur kostenlose Parkplatz in der Garage bekommen.

Hôtel, vieillot, en mauvais état : murs et moquette sales. La taxe n'est pas incluse dans le prix affiché : un supplément de 10 € par nuit et par personne est exigé
