Pros:

Despite a rocky start to my trip to Sydney, my stay at the Sydney Boulevard Hotel was excellent. I arrived a day late without informing the hotel, yet Florian was incredibly accommodating and took care of all my requests with ease. He genuinely went above and beyond throughout my stay. Thank you for all the help; I had a great time.

Wonderful stay, spectacular view, great being within walking distance to the Domain
Pros:

Location and view was spectacular, bed was super comfortable, great breakfast, parking on site for $25, walking distance to the Domain precinct, Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery of NSW and Museum

Pros:

Sehr guter Service; sehr freundlich; wir waren zu früh vor ort, beim einchecken kümmerte sich aber gleich jemand darum unser Gepäck zu markieren und abzusperren, wir durften uns im WC Bereich im ersten Stock frisch machen und konnten somit gleich in die Stadt; Frühstück mit einem reichlichem Buffet, gute Qualität!; Standort ist perfekt wenn man sich bei der Firma Hertz einen Mietwagen ausborgen will, ist nämlich gleich daneben! Alles in allem swhr zufrieden!

Cons:

Die Lage könnte etwas zentraler sein, dafür kann aber keiner was!

Spectacular View
Pros:

Exceptional view from harbour view room.
Worth the stay.

Room facilities & comforts were fully sufficient.

Stay 19th-27 January (8days in full with extension)

Cons:

Other people banging close their doors & talking too loudly ( Don't need that after a long day out & about )

Facilities were good
Pros:

Staff member was a delight. Very helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

Hotel room across from us had a crying baby. We should have asked to be moved as it effected our sleep.

Great location
Pros:

The location is just perfect for the price being a 13min walk to downtown, the rooms are spacious clean and very nice view I would have given them the full 5 star if they had an acceptable GYM but unfortunately the biggest dumbbells they have is 5kg which is a joke for a health club they need to add 10kg and 15kg at least beside no pool. But everyone in this hotel are very kind and attentive so I would actually stay again if they do this 20$ GYM addition for me it would be a great stay
