Loved the location, the staff were one of the best I have ever dealt with, so accommodating, helpful and made my family feel welcomed

Cons:

The suite we had was close to the lift and at night u could hear it all night long.

Great place to stay and perfectly located
Pros:

We had a fabulous 2 days in Wellington staying at the James Cook Hotel. All the staff were v friendly and helpful….room immaculate… bed v comfortable…..shower amazing! Buffet in restaurant was exceptional….certainly something for everyone.

Cons:

No laundry service on a sunday!

War ganz okay…
Pros:

Gut gelegenes Hotel , mit Lift direkt hinunter zum Stadtkern .
Das Bett hatte eine SUPER Matratze.
Es war sehr sauber.
Parken konnte man gerade nebenan ( praktisch im gleichen Gebäude )
Das Abendessen war sehr lecker .
Das Frühstück soweit auch.

Cons:

Für 2 grosse Koffer war kein Platz in der dafür vorgesehenen Kammer .
Das Badezimmer hatte keine Türe . Eine Falttüre hätte schon gereicht.
Wc war separat.
Neben dem Zimmer war eine Lounge . Da wurde es in der Nacht ziemlich laut , weil die Türe krachend ins Schloss fiel , schepperte es heftig.
Den Kaffee konnte man am Frühstücksbuffet nicht trinken . So haben wir dann einen auf eigene Kosten bestellt.
Für ein solch gehobenes Haus hätte ich besseren Kaffee erwartet. Neuseeland hat ja eine stolze Kaffeekultur !!

Great show the first night. Plenty to do the rest of a relaxing long weekend
Pros:

Location and parking availability. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Inability to prepay for room. Thought we had paid for both nights parking only to discover they had only charged us for one night when checking out.
