Very likeable hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Very well located, close to cable tram, Botanical Garden and Te Papa Museum. Also surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Cons:

I would have like a microwave.

Pros:

La ubicación, en pleno centro y su restaurante

Cons:

Lo difícil de regular la calefacción, no contaba con caja de seguridad, las vistas a otro edificio y el extraño baño con ducha tipo niebla que no se pueden mover ni ajustar, junto con la falta colgadores para toallas cerca de la ducha y tina de baño
