Getting tired now - yawn
Pros:

I’ve been coming to the Westin for over five years now. This remains an excellent hotel if being close to Market Street is important, but tbh it has become increasingly tired over the years. It’s time for a renovation to update the bathrooms, carpet and the general feel of the place.

Pros:

The decor was great. Nice rooms. Great environment. My wife and I went to the Shane Gillis show and then spent the next day shopping. The hotel location is great. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

מלון טוב. במיקום טוב. לא הייתי מזמין שוב.
Pros:

מיקום מנצח. חדר כושר ברמה גבוה. נקי מיטות נוחות מאוד. פינת קפה עד 10 בבוקר.

Cons:

להיכנס למלון צריך לעלות עם מעלית ללובי. ארוחת בוקר מיותרת לא שווה להוסיף. הרבה טעויות. הוזמן בבוקינג כולל ספה נפתחת אחרי התעקשות החליפו חדר לספה נפתחת. הוזמן בבוקינג כולל ארוחת בוקר אחרי התערבות של בוקינג נתנו לנו רק לזוג ארוחת בוקר הילד לא נכלל בארוחת בוקר -ממש מאכזבים. גם החדר לא היה מוכן בזמן רק
אחרי 15:00 נאלצנו לחכות צוות קבלה לא מאיר פנים. לא בבקרים ולא בשלב קבלה והחזרת חדרים.

I just wished we had a better thoroughly cleaned room and sheets
Pros:

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming

Cons:

The rooms need to be cleaned better. My 9 month old developed an extremely bad rash and we decided to check out early. Not sure if the rooms were deep cleaned enough.

Good hotel. Just watch your bill.
Pros:

Great location and the bed was so comfy.

Cons:

Error in my bill. They added valet parking — which I didn’t use since I didn’t have a car — for 3 days. Took 3 tries to get them to remove it from my bill. It was almost $200 extra. Glad I caught it, but their response was slow and messy.

Good Hotel, service can be improved
Pros:

This was my second stay at the Westin Philadelphia. The hotel is lovely with very nice rooms. I was disappointed by the service and communication from the staff, but still enjoyed my stay.

Decent Room, Poor Staff
Pros:

While the room was fine, the services were not. The front desk staff were unhelpful and rude, the phones were not answered, and housekeeping entered the room without announcing or knocking! A poor excuse for a Marriott. Don’t stay here.
