Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, opposite a park and about a 25-minute walk from the city center. The room and bathroom were beautiful, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was fully booked, so my room wasn't ready until 2:30 p.m

The reception stuff not friendly at all except Fatma the manager

It was a good location

Cons:

Breakfast is not good.
And experienced the worst stuff ever. The night before I leave I went to reception to request a late check out 2pm as I had 2 rooms with my kids. The reception guy was very helpful and accepted we only keep one room for late check out which is totally understandable. I requested kids to pack at night and brought me their luggage. I went down to check out this room and the reception guy in the morning name was Francesco. He read extremely impolite and had attitude problem. He told me who told you that you can have one room late check out I told him your colleague last night. He said no it’s not possible and you have to check out on time. I told him planned my day based on your colleague but he kept yelling No No without listening.
