Right next to the Universal Studios Hollywood entrance just a 5 minute stroll from the hotel, view of the park from the room. Friendly staff, smooth valet parking.

Very relaxing, very comforting pleasant staff pleasant view, pleasant food

Beautiful view of either Hills or Universal Studios park the layout is very convenient and in the middle of everything that you may acquire while staying in Los Angeles
The staff was just absolutely amazing and helpful. I didn’t struggle with anything at all. I have no complaints to be made. Everybody was super friendly.

Cons:

I really do think that the only thing that I didn’t like that much was that we didn’t have a microwave.

If the air conditioning worked properly it would have been a perfect stay.
