When you get off the plane and head to your hotel first take omg this place is beautiful from the entrance entry through the gate and to the front door just amazing and the concierge service was amazing . The customer service was 5 stars!! The lobby and sitting area was nice and the indoor forest area behind glass was a plus ! The restaurant inside and the break was good ! And yes the free shuttle service top tier !! Atmosphere plus plus ! Room was wonderful and clean and perfect service !! Great value based on market and close to Universal and the zoo and Warner bros !
The Hilton Universal is a must to stay at, especially if you’re visiting Universal Studios . I was accommodated a very comfortable rollout bed for my extra child. It’s a walking distance to Universal Studios. Their restaurant provides fresh breakfast in the morning. The accommodation for early pool access was very convenient for my family and me since we arrived 4 hours early from our check in time. The staff was very kind and attentive. It was definitely a first great experience for my family and I look forward to many more to come .

Good location for the theme park, comfortable bed.
Bathroom was a bit dated, and shower/bath didn’t work well.
Everything at the hotel was fantastic! We were thrilled with the upgrade, which gave us an incredible view. The bellhop was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maid service did an excellent job of freshening up our room during our visit to Universal Studios. The gentleman who checked us in was also very informative and kind. We’re definitely planning to return!
I thought the buffet breakfast came with the room since it did the last time I visited. So that was kind of a bummer but not a big deal.

Queuing 30’ to be seted for breakfast - poor and basic breakfast for almost 100¥ a day for three people - old furniture old fashioned amenities - 2 laundry machines for a hotel of up to 890 guests capacity!! I am really disappointed as I have been traveling around the world with Hilton and will not anymore. Parking of more than 60$ a day for hotel guests!! This is not normal as there are no public parking around (or staff has not offered such) - advice on activities around hotel were poor
