The location was great. We were able to take a short walk to the park or a shuttle was available.The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Hidden cost
Pros:

The Property is close to the universal studios

Cons:

They charge for parking for a overnight stay which believed to be a hidden charge that wasn't mentioned while booking. There wasn't no complimentary breakfast. Overall the room was just standard not spectacular.

Will stay again in the future.
Pros:

The rooms were a good size. I did not really enjoy the view, as out the window there was a dumpster along a back road, but over all it was a good experience. Even the room service was really fast.

Cons:

Just the view out the window. Everything else was good.

amazing!!!
Pros:

Booked for universal studios and location was very close. We walked instead of taking shuttle and I'm glad we did it was not far at all. Staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly, Check in was so easy. I will book here again for sure.

Fantastic location very close from Universal Studio and Citywalk both accessible either on foot or by a free shuttle. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Limited menu options in the restaurant of the hotel. If you have diet restrictions (vegan for example), you will have to go somewhere else.

Great place to stay if you are visiting universal studios hollywood!
Pros:

I got upgraded to a room on the 11th floor with a view of universal studios the view in the morning was amazing. It was foggy but you could see Harry Potter castle and the mountains behind just barely. Amazing view!

Cons:

Everything was great there.
