Lo cerca del parque Universal.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha tarda en calentar 45 minutes a 1 hr. El agua se iba y no había presión del agua. Nos quedamos en jabón porque se fue el agua. Había una fuga de agua en el lavamanos del baño. El aire acondicionado no trabajaba bien, mucho calor los dos días de estadia.

Awesome for the first time in LA
Pros:

What could I say , I travel from NY to LA we encountered unforeseen circumstances But I have to give it to the staff and management Jasmin Puerto who with professionalism and understanding she did her best to solve the issue and was kind enough to offer anything we needed. Also the staff from the front desk and luggage transportation to the room services and especially the breakfast services were kind welcoming and professional such a positive atmosphere! The place was Clean especially the breakfast was great! All staff were helpful and the beds and room were great to sleep in. The atmosphere was positive energy definitely family friendly . And the location everything was near by. I will definitely return back with my family. thank you to all the staff!

Amazingly, kind human beings ❤️
Pros:

My family never has experienced such great valet service like we did at pur stay with Hilton. Angel and Rolando were amazing at what they did. Such respectful gentleman, kind, sweet and so helpful. Having a Gtube nephew we needed to take his equipment and had it strap to the top of the vehicle and they without hesitation helped us secure my nephew wheelchair and wagon before driving off..saved us time and stress! Thank you Angel and Rolando you guys are great, kind human beings! Never stop being you. Thank you from me and my family.

Unfortunately the water pressure was poor, showering was difficult. The water was non existent on the one morning, so was very frustrating for 4 of us to get showered and ready

Lovely as ever
Pros:

The hotel is lovely as always. We stayed at this hotel whenever we come to LA/Universal Hollywood and it again did not disappoint. Ease of check in, finding our room and getting settled in was a breeze. Room size is definitely more than adequate for our family of 4. The parking garage was nice to have so our vehicle was secure and easy to get in an out each day as well chose. The shuttle to the park is definitely a plus as well. It’s picks you up right outside the front doors and back again when you’re done at the park. There was even a lovely wedding at the hotel while we were there that we could view from our room window. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

We had an amazing time here! All staff were very friendly and helpful. We were with two wheelchairs and it was very accessible. Danny at the bell services desk was super helpful! There were amazing views as well!

You can't get closer to Universal Studios than this!
Pros:

The hotel is a short walk to Universal Studios and if you're not in the mood to walk there is a shuttle departing from the hotel every 15 minutes. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable.
