Ottima base per la visita degli Universal Studios
Pros:

La posizione è ottima se la permanenza è finalizzata alla visita degli Universal Studios/ Universal Studio City. Si possono raggiungere a piedi con 10 minuti di tragitto oppure è disponibile anche il servizio navetta con partenza davanti all'hotel.
La struttura è molto grande con negozio di articoli vari ( alimentari/giochi/medicine/abbigliamento) e la possibilità di refill dell'acqua gratuitamente. Camera grande con moquette. La pulizia è abbastanza buona...abbiamo anche usufruito della piscina che è molto carina e piacevole dopo una giornata stancante. Parcheggio a pagamento.

Staffs are friendly, room has large space, quiet and clean

Cons:

Every times we passed the front desk, there were at least 4-5 people waiting in line; there were only 2 staffs there. Shuttle bus route isn't clear, only show the schedule. The location is excellent, close to Universal studios but shuttle should including pickup or drop-off at Metro which is a very steep hill climb for guests who stay there long and need get supplies
