I had a restful experience.
Pros:

Clean and spacious. I loved the pool hours as well, usually the pool is closed sooner but my family was able to enjoy it comfortably.

Cons:

There were some other guests that were a little inconsiderate of others around them, but not the hotels problem.

Top pour le parc à thème
Pros:

On peut aller à pied à Universal studio. À 8 minutes de Hollywood sign! La navette pour le parc toutes les 15minutes

Cons:

Personnel très gentils mais 2h d’attente pour avoir le lit d’appoint. Petit déjeuner non inclus et très hobereaux.

Great stay and convince when visiting Universal Studios
Pros:

The location of this hotel to universal studios is great. There is a complementary shuttle that runs every 15-20 min. to and from the park. Walking to the park is a short 9 minute walk. This makes it an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting the park. Great hotel for kids and families.

Decent stay for the location
Pros:

Ideal location if you are going to Universal Studios. Also, close enough to other attractions in neighboring cities like Beverly Hills.

Cons:

Definitely need more renovations to certain areas of the hotel, which was happening at the time I was there. Water pressure was affected by the renovations, and affected areas like the walk paths throughout the hotel. As someone who had an event in one of the rooms there, particularly the orchid room, I can say that it definitely needs to be renovated and a thorough clean needs to be performed. The service from the wait staff was great, but the carpet was disgusting. There was one spot in the room that smelled like vomit and you can see on the walls and molding that they did not clean the floor prior to the event, at least that was my experience. I would advise people to request a walk-through of the event space prior to an event. As for my room, the beds were stiff and very springy- not comfortable at all, which leads to me selecting a less than perfect rating for my experience. Otherwise, the staff and the service was great during my staff. As for pricing for food, I would not order from this hotel, but rather I would use food delivery services like DoorDash because at the end of the day, it was cheap cheaper and fast faster than what you would get from the hotel itself.

Gran hotel
Pros:

Gran hotel, la habitación que nos asignaron fue perfecta, las amenidades del hotel muy buenas, el personal del hotel también muy amable, algo que me encanto es que tenían un purificador de agua donde podías rellenar la botella antes de salir.

Cons:

Mejorar el costo del estacionamiento para los huespedes.
