We enjoyed our stay greatly! Staff made everything go very smoothly!
Pros:

The location was perfect!
Customer service was great! Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly!
We enjoyed the pool and the spa a lot, and we appreciate that it was opened late.

Cons:

We would've liked to have some bottle water.
We had 2 bottles but there were 4 of us.
That's really it. No big deal.

Not the first class hotel we visited a few yrs ago …
Pros:

Location and reception staff… didn’t eat at hotel … we planned too and requested the offer sent but not available
Room clean and we were let in room slightly earlier than anticipated.

Cons:

…Offered the 30usd add on of continental breakfast but as they were full wasn’t then available
Multiple payments taken from the credit card even though we used no paying facilities and pre paid the booking prior to leaving the UK only additional cost we spent was 1 night car parking … not 4 transactions of 41.75, 117.66, 41.69 and 75.80 GBP showing as pending on our credit card… even though we have a receipt to show we only owed 1 night parking and nothing more …

limpieza encontramos ropa de otro huesped en el sofa cama... no tenía tina la habitación, y en general se precibe viejo el hotel las alfombras huelen mal
