Liked it and the location to Universal was phenomenal. We will stay there again
Pros:

Location and size of rooms and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

A little speedy and laundry is coin operated and 1 of the two sets were out of order and someone spilled a whole tray of food in the hallway on the way to the laundry and it wasn’t cleaned up for a good hour and I went to the front desk to let them know. (It was walked by many people)

Superb
Pros:

Location, room, breakfast, pool. Perfect in everyway, just what we were looking for.

Cons:

They were doing some remodleing in the lobby so it was a bit noisy on arrival, and the bell hop forgot my sister, but good they always improving, everything about the stay was superb.

We had a good stay and a good night sleep :) we just stayed overnight but the experience was pleasant.
Pros:

It is close to Universal Studios. The hotel room has slippers and the necessary toiletries. Breakfast buffet is good. Price is decent.

Cons:

Hand liquid soap will be better instead of the bar soap.

A lovely hotel with all your need right there on the doorstep
Pros:

We got there early after a drive down from San Fran and they let us check in early to go rest which was so lovely and so unexpected. The Laundrette on site was huge drums and only $10 for wash and dry of a full load . The pool was very welcome after a day at the parcs and a trip to Hollywood . Perfectly located and only $13 to get an uber to town . It only took 5 mins to walk to the park entrance for universal .

Cons:

They was having some construction and the noise surprised my autistic son when walking past a few times which freaked him out out and took a while for him to regulate but also that can't be helped .
