Pros:

Se volete andare agli universal la posizione é perfetta. Le camere hanno una vista bella e il tramonto é piacevole. Dentro hai diverse opzioni per mangiare. La camera era grande e accogliente caffé e acqua gratuiti poi altre cosw erano a pagamento . La piscina era presa d assalto viste le temperature...forse troppa confusione e il non utilizzo di cuffie ha reso a mio avviso poco invitante l acqua.

Cons:

Everything. Bad service, they charge money for internet, and they charge money for every little thing, very rude service and the rooms are very unclean, I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel, in addition to the staff being very rude, the price-to-value ratio is poor! Stay away, stay away, stay away!

Pros:

The bed that we slept on was exceptionally comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect since we are visiting universal studios.

Cons:

The shower door leaked water all over the bathroom floor even with the door shut.
It would have been really nice if breakfast didn't end so soon because when you're on the weekend it's nice to sleep in a little longer.
