Pros:

The Room, The Bed, The location.

Cons:

The Restaurant (price and lack of options). Heating issues in the room with one window allowing cold air due to not being sealed properly (probably just our room).

Will be staying here again!
Pros:

Wonderful spot! Definitely worth the price. Clean and great amenities. Pool and jacuzzi is open late so we enjoyed taking a dip at the end of our busy day at the park. A shuttle comes by often to pick you up for universal or you can walk (it’s very close). Starbucks is ON property so we got our coffee fix every morning.

This was a great location to stay at. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

It is a 10 minute walk to the universal park! Super convenient and the room was great. No issues, quiet. The AC actually worked good, the room got cold.

En realidad me sentí muy incómoda, la persona que me atendió para hacer check in me hizo sentir muy incómoda como si yo no debería estar ahí. Fue racista Y grosero conmigo, lamentablemente eso hizo que no pudiera disfrutar mi estancia. Hizo algunas preguntas y me respondió molesto, hizo gestos y movimientos que me hacían saber que no le agradaba ayudarme. Bueno en fin, aunque el hotel está hermoso y limpio no volvería a instalarme ahí el principio arruinó mi estancia 😔

Paying for convenience! It’s super close so it’s great for getting into and out of the park quickly but the room itself
Pros:

Very close to universal studios! The housekeepers did a great job making the beds! They even folded my kids blankets and placed their stuffies on the bed. The bathroom and rooms were cleaned daily. There was a refillable water bottle area right next to the elevator. The pool area looked amazing!

Cons:

Rooms were a little run down/old. Bed and pillows were lumpy. Not enough blankets— had to keep the room a little cooler because it felt stuffy but was so cold at night. The bathtub bottom was brown. We saw a roach. The daily parking was way too expensive so instead I used spot hero and found a parking spot for $30 for our entire 3 day stay! Just had to Uber it there and back.
