Great experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was well maintained and a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the entire property was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Café da manhã excelente. Quarto amplo e confortável. Transfer gratuito de e para o aeroporto. Bem perto tem um restaurante. Hotel com bastante comodidades. Disponibiliza água saborizada na recepção, essencial na época de calor.

Cons:

O pedido do transfer é por telefone convencional. Poderia ser por whatsapp.

It met my most basic needs when I needed a place to stay at the last minute.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I called for a shuttle pick up at the airport and the first desk attendant told me to wait at an incorrect location, so I ended up waiting for over an hour.

The hotel itself seemed run down. There was no trim anywhere in the lobby, there was mold on my bathroom ceiling, and the breakfast had very few options (as in, there wasn’t even creamer for the coffee).

Pros:

I was expecting the Hyatt experience, but this hotel fell short. Check-in was easy and smooth, however, a few things to note. Breakfast didn't include potatoes, room only came with 1 bath towel, room was dirty, and the first night, the cold water line was blocked, so we bathed in scorching hot water. We reported it, and maintenance came immediately to fix the problem which I appreciated. Overall it was an okay hotel, but I probably wouldn't come back to this specific hotel. This was the worst Hyatt hotel I've stayed as, but always willing to give Hyatt another chance because of their reputation and reliability.

The room itself was decent good space
The shuttle service was nice

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude
Check in was 3pm our room was not ready until 445pm
Customer service was HORRIBLE
Sink and tub in the room did not drain and after notifying staff they never came to check on the issue

We made it through the night but we would have changed hotel for multi night stay
Pros:

Proximity to airport

Room cooling was very good

Cons:

Under construction-lots of missing baseboards/pieces of wall
Common area and elevator very warm - lacked cooling
Marijuana smoke crept into room for about 1/2 hour
Breakfast was lacking and under par from competitors

Tenían todo listo lo que no me gustó es que me cobraron 108 de parqueo cosas que no dicen me dijieron que era depósito luego que no que era de parqueo y solo por un día se me hace demasiado

The restaurant next door is very convenient.

Cons:

Our bed and pillows were still damp from not being completely dry. We went to the sauna and pool area, the pool looked dirty, maybe because the coloring was so dark not sure if that was intentional. Also, there were used towels on the floor of the sauna. There was also miscommunication about our shuttle. I requested it at check in for set time and next morning it wasnt in the log. The staff member still got it worked out for us which I was grateful, it was just a little disorganized. Also, there is a 75.00 security deposit. I did not know until checkin even though I already paid $115 online. Was it worth $115?? My opinion no.

Tranquilo y acogedor , pero hay que hacer que los trabajadores sean más corteses con los huésped !
Pros:

Está bonito y limpio , el ambiente muy tranquilo!

Cons:

Para una habitación de 4 personas , solo dos toallas , y no había cobijas para el sofá cama , pedí más toallas pero no me quisieron dar , ni en la recepción ni las housekeeper .

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and spacious but the noise from somewhere outside our window was a nuisance.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room for the price. Easy to find.

Cons:

We were in 206. We were already not going to get much sleep and the racket was horrible. All night long the rumble of possible Air Conditioner units had us up and down all night.

Pros:

The design philosophy of the rooms was cute, and we were able to switch rooms with very little hassle

Cons:

Our first room had 2-3 colonies of ants in it, the electrical seemed suspect, and the elevator was falling apart on the inside.
