The room was clean and comfortable other than the pillows

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the noise from the top floor back stairway was very loud.

Room was clean and comfortable. One elevator out of service so could not get on at times.
Pros:

Daytime front desk staff were very nice, night clerk not so much. Both shuttle drivers we used were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

Hyatt Place is undergoing massive renovations which were noted to be complete in 2025 - not the case. The whole first floor is under construction including working on Saturday so there was a lot of construction noise and debris. Breakfast was OK.
