Stains !!! Dirtiness
This was booked for my son, and the office personnel refused to let him stay cause he said he wasn’t old enough. But he was, and when I contacted them for a refund it was never issued!

The doors
The property did not have handicapped accessible. All stairs, door key needed to be reprogrammed every time we went in and out of the room. Very disappointing overall
