Corbin gave the best customer service
Pros:

So grateful for the customer service support from Corbin. He went above and beyond for me. As a customer who comes to this property annually for an event, Corbin, by far, has been the one employee who has stood out to me and I will continually come back due to his help and kindness.

Great stay with the family
Pros:

We had a very nice stay with our family. The location is great and made it easy to explore the area. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. Overall a very pleasant experience and a good place to stay.

Would not recommend the lobbies the coolest part of the whole place
Pros:

We stayed there because it was right next to the venue where we were going to a concert so it was perfect for that.

Cons:

The clerk said that they were upgrading my room and the picture of the room that I got online was supposed to have a bathtub and then they put me in a teeny tiny small room with a walk-in shower and I was supposed to have a Mountain View for the upgrade and I had a city view. All underneath the edge of the base of the bed was thick dust, and dirt.
