I love the comfort of the beds and room.
Very comfortable bed and pillows
At the prices you charge, you could include a free breakfas. Really.
I had booked a room for the night bit was super tired and ot was only 11am. O had called and asked Danielle at the front desk to if at all possible try a get me checked in before 4pm(normal check in tim) and she got me in at noon, 4 hours earlier than the norm. And when I got there Morgan was there to great me and checked me In So fast it was exceptional. Both lady's were very helpful and courteous, thank you ladies.
As a matter of fact I have been here at least 4 times in the 3 months and the entire front desk staff is always on the ball and so nice even when they seem to have a rude guest. Tony is also another exceptional gentleman always there to help. Thank you staff of The Antlers by wyndom.
Even though Wyndham needs to do some major improvements and get new furniture at this gorgeous hotel, the front counter staff helped us fix sinks that were not draining, room keys not working, helping to release our vehicle from the parking deck bar and most importantly welcoming and taking care of all of our wedding guests! Danielle was my go to angel from when we arrived to when we left 4 days later. Even with 2 conventions at the complex she handled all of my daily requests as if we were the only ones at the hotel. This MOB appreciated her!!
Rhian at the front desk was fantastic. I was in town for my dads surgery and the day I checked out I suddenly had to come back to C Springs and rush to the hospital. I had to go drop my dog off at the hotel before going to the hospital. I told Rhian briefly about my situation and she immediately activated a key card for my room from the night before and told me we would worry about booking and paying later. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The Antlers was a perfect fit for us! We were there for a family wedding. The staff was very nice. Especially Tiffanie, Carol, & Jina! They were so friendly and accommodating to all of us!! Very sweet girls. Great restaurant & full bar, good places for us to hang with family & friends.
We tried to check in today and the front desk person could not find my reservation which I made three weeks ago.
You wonderful employee Danielle persisted in attempting to find a room for us. She succeeded.
She is extremely professional, friendly and provided a very high level of service. I cannot imagine staying at any other hotel in Colorado Springs.

The elevators, only one work8ng when we checked in, 2 when we checked out.
Fantastic staff
Sadly the rooms don't match the feel of the lobby and bar. Holes in the walls where they brought in tv cables, wires hanging from the TV, they put in new slider doors for the bathroom but didn't patch up the holes in the door frame from the old hardware. Little dings in the wall or trim edges need dressing up as well as rust spots in the bathroom. Just shabby and lazy "remodeling".
