Everything, didn't get my room i booked and afternoon staff didn't respect what morning staff did to make my stay better and kept charging my card FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR
Liked the living room area
They charged $6 for breakfast vouchers and parking, the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and then found 2 dead roaches on carpet
The price and how nice the hotel was for the price.
The receptionist that check me and my sister in kept making rude and nasty comments about our age and how we are to old to be going out to the clubs, she was very rude and made us very uncomfortable and upset.
Refund they didnt allow me to stay there.
Rude staff that didnt allow me to stay there because I have service dogs.
The only thing I liked about the property is the convenience of where it was located since it’s not too far from downtown and other attractions like certain museums and restaurants.
This was my first time staying here & considering I'm from Orlando, FL - tourist attraction city, the way I was treated was disappointing! First off, they need to update things online vs what's physically posted at there hotel. #1: Cost to park pr vehicle (doesn't matter if you bring a guest $5+ depending on the night). #2: Cleanliness & minor malfunctions with the restroom- the lights wouldn't turn on at times, remote volume button not working, & stains on the floor /pillow. #3. I booked a king room w/ sofa bed that occupies 4 people. The front desk women said any addt'l ppl would cost extra because in "there" system they classify it as 2 ppl occupancy & tried to charge me for an extra blanket (they didn't because I only stayed 1 night). #4: Hospitality & service was unprofessional specially by the black women name Ms. Net who did not show good customer service, came off aggressive & did not greet properly to make sure my stay was a good experience. I'm still going to call the manager Mr. Marcus to complain and I may take this to corporate because the way I got treated by staff made it seem like me and sister stayed at a 5-star hotel which it's not!!!!!

Room quality and size, cleanliness, value, pool area
Unaddressed room maintenance issues (broken faucet, non functional bulbs, no body wash); no coffee/tea maker as advertised; expensive breakfast; had to ask for complimentary parking, limited CATV channels
Checked in for the weekend and quickly regretted it! Won't ever come back!
1. ROACHES scattered in the bathroom. We had to switch rooms. Saw like one roach in the new room.
2. ROOM was NOT CLEANED after we left and came back. We didn't get any new towels. Bed was not made.
3.They CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING. Charged for daily parking, daily breakfast, we had to go to the desk for more towels and give up the old ones we used. If we didn't we'd be charged. She openly pointed to a lip gloss spot and asked if it was BLOOD and that she'd have to charge for that. Said there's a 50 dollar upfront deposit being charged and that i'd get it back later.
4. First room smelled wet, warm, and moist. Room was very HUMID upon entry. Took hrs to cool down.
5. Hotel was very OUT OF DATE and RAN DOWN. The body wash pumps in the bathroom were broken and wasnt able to be used. Toilet was cracked. Very static-y cable, Wet humid mildewy smell in rooms + roaches. Elevator felt like it was going to break any second.
6. The girl that checked me in was inhospitable and Impassive.
The location was a little ok. Everything was near but it was also so ghetto. I didn't get breakfast. There was a fee. All hotel do not charge for breakfast or parking.
I didn't like the customer service. The floors were dirty elevator felt like it was going to breakdown. All locations I have stayed did not charge for breakfast or the parking.
