It was a little scary . People in the parking asking for a car jump. Others are doing drugs.
Pros:

The location was a little ok. Everything was near but it was also so ghetto. I didn't get breakfast. There was a fee. All hotel do not charge for breakfast or parking.

Cons:

I didn't like the customer service. The floors were dirty elevator felt like it was going to breakdown. All locations I have stayed did not charge for breakfast or the parking.

A terrible experience
Pros:

The person in the kitchen excellent, very friendly and helped us with everything.

Cons:

Everything is extra charged by the very bad breakfast, the TV did not work, in the app it said that breakfast was included and that we had a coffee maker in the room and it was not like that, the elevator sounded very hard as if it were going to be damaged and the floor of the reception and the rooms dirty, the towels that leave are very few only two and also leave only one super small soap, the whole hotel did not have enough things in very bad condition, in the ice maker it had a rotten smell and it was full of rubbish. We stayed at Sonesta San Antonio and it was excellent and that's why we decided to look for him in Dallas but the experience was really terrible.

It was not what I expected,,, actually did not sleep at hotel but 1 nite.
Pros:

Cost and location..

Cons:

a. When I booked,.. was not told about the breakfast fees.
b. There was a pungent..smoke stench in hallways..
c. Difficult access and having to update parking every day... when it could be part of checking in at the register..

Was good but could have been better. Our favorite little get away!
Pros:

The elevator was scary. Looked very worn out. We were afraid to get stuck,lol. My wife didn’t like the fact that the room ran out of shampoo, there were no cups for coffee,no paper towels in room. Grabbed a late dinner and we forgot paper towels and didnt have anything the room to clean our hands. The bed was so comfortable,sheets were clean and a/c was so felt so good! Room was ice with the living room and walk in shower was great accept that the soup was out, it only had a little left and we used it to empty. We didn’t use a lot of shampoo. Even though, we didn’t have those items,they were not major but could have made the stay a lot better. I enjoyed it, this our favorite place to stay!

No cups and no napkins or coffee. Ran out of shampoo

Overall, outside of the encounter with the owner, the stay was pleasant.
Pros:

The front desk staff were awesome and very helpful. The general manager was also very professional and helpful. The location was central to the attractions and restaurants we visited. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The owner approached me after she thought I had taken items from the store without paying. I proceeded to prove to her that I returned the items and did not take anything with me. No apology was offered; she just looked at me. Based on that interaction alone I will not stay there again.
