We did not stay at the hotel but appreciate that we received a full refund.
Pros:

The hotel accepted my reservation for 5 people but when I got there there was only 2 queen beds, no cot no sofa bed. Initially the hotel even refused to give me a refund. But after I wrote a bad review I received an email from them authorizing a full refund. I wanted to update my review to say the hotel did finally do the right thing.

Cons:

We arrived at 12 AM and it was vey upsetting to find out the reservation wasn't for 5 people at all. But we were able to find another hotel, without any help from the receptionist. After initially refusing to refund my payment the hotel did finally give me a full refund. I wanted to up date my initial review to say that the hotel did respond and I do appreciate that they agree that accepting reservation for 5 people, and only offering 4 people accommodations, deserved a full refund.

Very clean comfortable and pleasant in a nice area
Pros:

They did a wonderful job on the breakfast and variety had coffee which is a bonus and always kept up on making sure there was plenty for all the guest breakfast attendant did a phenomenal job as well

Cons:

nothing could of been any better very nice and clean hotel and rooms pool and spa was also clean and nice

Pros:

Staff was quick on responding to our request when we needed extra towels.

Room was quite big for 4 people with minimal luggage.

Cons:

Pillows were too soft.
Walls are too thin.

Fijn hotel, mooie en nette, schone kamers. Voldoende ruimte ook. Het hotel heeft een fijne ambiance, het ontbijt is top en er zitten allerlei foodketens op loopafstand. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk

De airconditioning maakt best veel lawaai

Incredible value and quality
Pros:

The entire room was very clean and fully functional. I look forward to staying here in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
