Disappointing, but probably better than sleeping in my car.
Pros:

Location. Clean linens. Good soap.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of very stale cigarette smoke which was circulated by a noisy heater. Unforgivable. Other issues were minor by comparison, like the slow drain and generally poor maintenance.

A clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay if you have a layover from Dulles.
Pros:

The staff were quite responsive and helpful and the room and facilities were always clean and comfortable. Its also in a good location being a short distance to the airport and close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price.

Cons:

They could have a bit more in their small shop. We arrived quite late and there was little to chose from for a late night snack or meal.

Would definitely recommend staff training on how to treat guests in a polite and professional manner
Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms and great complimentary breakfast with plenty of options.

Cons:

The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I also received an email from Jessica with the wrong checkout information and when I called to ask if it was an error they responded to me with attitude and no apology.

Broken elevator, poor-quality & insufficient toiletries, no complimentary water, disappointing stay
Pros:

The property is old and run down. The elevator was not working. No complimentary water bottle was provided. The toiletries was insufficient and of low quality. Overall didn't liked it as all.

Great hotel, bad schedule for airport shuttles

I arrived at midnight, and I choosethis hotel because it has airport shuttle but it didn’t work by the hour I arrived, it should advise shuttle airport times is very important when you arrive tired and really want to do is sleep

Ottimo.
Pros:

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto. Stanza nella norma cosí come il bagno. Colazione nella norma, mancava più frutta fresca e il pane da tostare. Il prezzo è buono, considerando anche la posizione. Proprio dietro l'hotel un ristorante della catena Cracker Barrel con annesso negozio di souvenir molto carini.
