Cons:

Zimmer unrenoviert und schmutzig. Nicht allgemein sondern an der Klimaanlage, im Fahrstuhl, unter dem Bett. Technik (Fahrstuhl) veraltet. Hellhörig.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient for getting around the area. The staff were also friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The furniture was old, worn out, and not very comfortable. The bathroom had no ventilation, making it humid and unpleasant after using the shower.

Parking was another major issue. The parking garage was full, and I was not informed that a reservation was required in advance. In addition, accessing the hotel lobby from the parking area was difficult and inconvenient.

Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed to improve future guests’ experience.

Good affordable option, just doesn't have all the bells and whistles

Affordable, good location, nice staff.

Cons:

Not the nicest hotel. But decent value for the money. I had a spacious, but dated room. Fairly clean but not spotless.

Chambre grande avec frigo et lit confortable.

Cons:

La chambre n'a été nettoyée que la veille de mon départ sur 4 nuits de présence. Il n'y avait pas de cafetière dans la chambre, très rare à Montréal. L'environnement est très bruyant avec les sirènes d'ambulance (CHU-M) et les camions poubelle toute la journée en plus des travaux avoisinants. J'ai dû payer 4$ par valise le jour de mon départ pour quelques heures de consigne, une première en 35 ans de séjours en Hôtels à travers le monde...

Considering the price and location, it may not be perfect, but it still offers good value for money.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and a very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Parking spaces are limited, so finding a spot can be difficult. The hotel facilities are somewhat dated, and both the air conditioner and exhaust fan are extremely noisy. The curtains cannot be fully closed, although this may be intentional by design. There was also a strong damp, musty smell when we first entered the room, so we had to leave the exhaust fan running throughout the night.
