Nice hotel close to much of Montreals attractions
Pros:

Great location for our needs and nice to have parking available albeit paid but still, nice and convenient!

For parking you must check in first and then the garage is under the hotel, you wave your card at the top of the hill (not at the garage door like I was, duh) and it opens and you pick a spot. It was safe and quite convenient and $22.50 USD per night!

Cons:

A little run down but honestly, great location for us and we keep coming back so…

This hotel is run down - in need of essential maintenance, electrical, and printed instructions
Pros:

LOCATION. BED. LIFT. ICE MACHINE

What can I say about this hotel?

I will start with the positives

the location is perfect, a short walk from Saint Laurent Metro on the Green Line, and the Champs-de-Mars on the orange line
also close to the bars and restaurants of Place Jacques Cartier, Rue St Paul's, also in the other direction Maisonneuve with nightlife

The bed was huge, wide enough for a family of 4 to sleep in, and very comfortable, nice bright colours.
The room was clean

There was an ice machine, there was a lift

Cons:

FACILITIES. LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHOWER, TV, HAIRDRYER

DANGEROUS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRES WITH NO SOCKET COVER ON BEDSIDE SOCKET

What can I say about this hotel?

the negatives

only cream provided with coffee maker, no milk. NO TEABAGS either.
I asked for fresh milk at reception, was told No, they didnt have any, and offered cream sachet. What type of hotel cannot provide milk?

NO INSTRUCTIONS for how any of the appliances worked

SHOWER room 402 - the water flow was almost non existent. I turned knob left, right, no water from shower head, only from foot tap.

I had to go down to reception. in my pyjamas (This was before breakfast) to ask for help, a nice young maintenance fella came up, But even then it was only a trickle of water, not a fast flow. I asked to change rooms. It simply was not enough water flow to have a shower, and I see from other reviews here this is a complaint that many have highlighted before, but it has been ignored.

HAIRDRYER - I would expect to choose from on/off and High or Low settings on handle of hairdryer, but no I had to press RESET button on wall mounting. simple instructions would have helped, in ENGLISH or in FRENCH

There was a cube/radio alarm clock, but it didnt work at all. maintenance chap plugged it in at a different socket, nothing!

but worst of all, the Electrics!

The room was very dark, with 2 bedside lamps, one of which was not working. I could see it was unplugged, but it was too dark in the evening for me to see where to plug

Pros:

Great location near China Town and Downtown.

Cons:

The bathroom and elevator were a bit dated and the AC made the room a bit too chilly, but we slept fine.

Experience at Hotel Chrome - 215 Rene Levesque blvd
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Size of room for 3 adults was small, Bathroom fixtures missing and bathroom drain rusty. View poor view (317, 3rd floor), breakfast option would have been nice,,Staff not friendly. Check-out clerk was very pleasant , Parking ,,$28 per night should have been included for guests and not charged per night.

This hotel is NOT recommended.
Pros:

Worst stay ever. I do not recommend this hotel.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving in our room, we discovered there was no functional air conditioning. We were told to look for a remote, but there wasn't one in the room, and the issue was never resolved. The room was also far from comfortable. The elevator was noisy and clearly it needed maintenance, the toilet repeatedly clogged, the bed was hard as a rock, the curtains were dirty, and there was no phone in the room to call down for assistance. To make matters worse, the walls were not soundproof, and we could hear constant noise from outside the hotel as well as from the hallways throughout our stay.

The front desk agent was too busy on her phone to properly acknowledge us or give us her full attention when we arrived. When I asked about the air conditioning, she insisted there was a remote in the room rather than verifying the issue or offering assistance.

Another disappointment was that the hotel did not look like the photos advertised online. The lobby and overall property were much less appealing than the images on the website, which created unrealistic expectations before our arrival.

I brought all of these concerns to the hotel manager's attention, but they showed no interest in rectifying the situation or addressing our complaints. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the room.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would not recommend staying here.

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

-Propreté
-Rapport qualité prix
- Check out rapide

Cons:

Cons:

Il n’avait pas d’oreiller supplémentaire.
