Emplacement, rapport qualité / prix, bien situé, bld René Levesque , arrêt du bus 747 qui va à l aéroport juste devant l’hôtel. C était propre un peu dans son jus . Dommage on a été reçu moyen. Attention deposit de 200 €.

The flush was not working and the hair was on bedsheet. When I called the staff and let them know about the flush and it was not working and they told that it is impossible to fix at that time and you have to manage it by own.

Cons:

The overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. Cleanliness was lacking throughout the property, which immediately affected our comfort.

The bathroom felt outdated and was not particularly comfortable to use. Additionally, the beds were quite uncomfortable, with noticeable springs that made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Communication from the receptionist was also insufficient. Important details about parking were not explained upon arrival. Only after unsuccessfully trying to access the vehicle in the parking lot and returning to the hotel was I informed that a code was required. Even then, the instructions were unclear—the code did not work, and it turns out a parking pass is actually needed to access the vehicle. To make matters worse, the parking was located three blocks away.

Overall, better maintenance and clearer communication would have significantly improve the experience.
