Obawialiśmy się negatywnych opinii, ale okazało się, że niesłusznie. Lokalizacja genialna, przystanek autobusu 474 na lotnisku tuż obok drzwi hotelowych. Czysto. Ogromne, wygodne łóżka. Rano bezplatna kawa. Blisko starówki.

Cons:

Oczywiście hotel lekko już nadgryzł ząb czasu, ale za tą cenę naprawdę ok.

On s'est faite réveiller pendant la nuit a cause des personnes qui occupaient la chambre a côté de la notre avec une porte communicante. ( énormément de bruit qui rentre dans la chambre).

The front desk, the customer service. I booked my stay at the hotel chrome Montreal the last minute for a a week (didn’t have time to read the review) and when i checked in i felt a dark cold welcome i started to have issues with the room and had to move twice, that could have been solved with better customer care, after two days i didn’t want to stay because the vibe was disgusting i wanted to move to another hotel they refused to refund me : the front desk caucasian tall teenager boy look like talked to me like i was in a military camp: you can leave but you will never get a refund“ .I talked to booking.com about the behavior of the staff and issues i had and they were nice to make a commercial gesture. the so called (they said it was her) “manager”of the front desk (older woman) and the two young teenager boys i had to meet working as receptionist are the worst when it comes to manage issues, they talk to customers like we are in a military camp, rolling eyes even if you are nice with them. When they appear to be "polite”or nice”it’s only because you don’t have any issue with your room or don’t judge them or complain…you can only ask for basic informations or basic request. When i checked out to move to another hotel, i checked out with the front desk “manager”the older woman, she played the game of being nice and said : oh ma pauvre it was you that had issue when you arrived, you were not lucky”she was smiling, i tried to tell her about the customer service and she just interrupted me didn’t want to hear anything, I left and was glad to move and spend my money to another hotel! The owner of the hotel should change the whole administration staff except maybe the houskeepers or maybe put the housekeepers as receptionist and the two receptionist teenager boys with the front desk “manager”somewhere where they don’t have to deal with customers or anyone about anything.

Ottimo hotel per poche noti
Pros:

Posizione centrale ed intorno alla struttura ci sono molti parcheggi gratis

Cons:

Nella camera non funzionava lo scaldamento però ci siamo coperti con le coperte e ci siamo riscaldati
