Local muito bem cuidado e ótima localização bem perto do centro de Penedo. Tudo é muito bem cuidado e as instalações são de muito bom gosto.. O entorno da propriedade possui uma área verde que deixa o local com muita tranquilidade.

Atendimento dos funcionários, copa disponível pra uso, piscina, café da manhã ok.

Cons:

Eletricidade e internet inconstante. Roupa de cama e toalhas puídas (diziam q eram para a piscina, mas todos dias recebemos no quarto toalhas em más condições)
