Pros:

I was surprised to see the hotel matched the images advertised. In my opinion the rooms are of a decent standard, for the price they charge. I was willing to ignore the poor location, with a long and unpathed road. Also being directly opposite the forest, is not exactly the safest of places.
Now my issues arise, when I call to confirm my check in and ask for directions- however they have no idea who I am. On my arrival it still takes them 15 mins to track down my details.
Once I’ve finally been granted access to a room I’ve already paid for. My keys were demanded before I left the property. Needless to say my belongings didn’t feel safe- I only stayed the 1st of my 4 nights and didn’t return.
I wonder if they understand how far basic customer service goes
