Pros:

Breakfast was decent, this was a I am tired and need a travel stop hotel arrangement. Not my first choice, I usually stay Marriott properties by they were full.

Cons:

Kind of run down and dark, not key carded side entrance meant we had to walk a long way around from parking to the front entrance. Stairwell were kind of dark and had boxes pile up near exit.

The keys to the room kept losing their ability to open the door. We had to request keys three times. The breakfast was just ok.

Disappointing.

They Wouldn’t let me check in when I already paid online.
VERY EMBARRASSING to say the least..

Was making me pay again.. when I already had my conformation number and information.


THEY Didn’t let me in my room, I had to Sit in the waiting room and contact a ride to leave the hotel. They took my money and wouldn’t refund. I had to contact booking.com bc They wasn’t gonna refund me AT ALL.

He was rude and hung up and said have fun contacting BOOKING for your money back and HUNG UP THE PHONE.


Thankfully the agent on the booking.com site was very helpful!!!!!!
