The reception and Breakfast area was nice.

Cons:

We called twice the reception. Once to ask for an Iron and the second time because the TV wasn't working. Both times the answer was there is nothing we can't do! We had to push in order for them to them to help. Is there a manager training the staff? The floors in the second floor were dirty.

Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful 24 hours a day. The facilities were kept clean, and the plants were watered and healthy. There was plenty of free parking. The full breakfast was wonderful, with friendly staff available to help with anything. Pet friendly.

Cons:

The pool was not ready for swimming...not heated until late May. The room lighting could be better.
