Pros:

Priset var inte så farligt tyckte vi men allt annat var under all kritik.

Cons:

Sängen i rummen var trasig, duschen släpper vatten på hela toa utrymme. Kackerlackor i rummet. Hotell nära motorvägen inte tyst en minut under natten. Vi skulle stanna 3 nätter men checkade ut under andra natten då personal var inte behjälplig att byta rum. Vi valde att gå till helt annat Hotell. Frukosten var dåligt och tiderna översvämmade inte med information här på Booking. Har klagat om detta till receptionist som sa att dem är medvetna om dessa problem. Önskar tillbaka våra pengar.. Det värsta som jag har varit med om.

Too many inconveniences
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

No handicap parking or approach near handicap room. Maid banging on door and waking us at 9:30 am. Not allowed to eat breakfast in our room - was told no food in the room, even though there is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I felt unwell and thought it would be courteous to not spread germs by eating in breakfast room. WiFi was great at night, but kept dropping in the morning.

Pros:

The breakfast was fine

Cons:

The room had cat food all over, the air conditioner was full of pet hair my son had bad allergies and we could not use this. Opened the fridge to baby cockroaches and one adult roach falling off the door and getting away. We were not able to use the fridge during our stay. There was urine by the back of the toilet and human and pet hair every where. It was filthy. On the towels (thankfully we always bring our own) The cleaning was insufficient but we had no other option for the night. We would not stay here again. We will cancel our future booking at this property due to the very poor cleaning.
The bathroom fan also did not work and with the poor ventilation you could see mold

Great location great stay!
Pros:

The third floor is upgraded and is definitely much nicer than this first and second and much more comfortable and larger. It was clean very well maintained upstairs and we really enjoyed our stay. Joseph at the front desk was so helpful and kind and really enhanced our stay as well!

Cons:

The first room we were in was older smaller. The chair needs to be replaced and that was on the second floor. I have to say, though, that when there was an issue, they took care of us really really well.

Pros:

The room was clean. However, the noise level of the upstairs guests in the middle of the night was super loud.

Cons:

The guests above us were really loud almost all evening into the early hours of the morning. Also, there wasn’t any hot water for showering so although a clean room that was a major inconvenience.
