Roach Motel!

The location worked for us because we were visiting family

Cons:

I didn’t like that we were down at the pool and there were cockroaches crawling about that I had to keep my grandson off the ground. I didn’t like that when we got back to our room when and got into bed there was a cockroach on our ceiling. Called the front desk. They moved us to another room on the third floor. The AC in that room did not work. Called the front desk again pack up all of our stuff again move to the next room. And it was almost 1130 by the time we were able to actually settle into bed. When I checked out, I asked the front desk clerk to speak to the manager. She wasn’t available. Clerk said that she would speak to the manager. I have given it two days. I have not heard from anyone so now I am leaving them a very poor review.

Breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety.
Location was good. Lots of things to do in the area, places to eat.

Cons:

The windows didn't open. Rooms were stuffy. Beds were not comfortable

Pros:

It was clean and the ac worked on a hot weekend

Cons:

We had tv problems and when reported was told id have to wait until the next day fur maintenance to arrive. I ended up fixing it myself. Then the plumbing did not work so had to go to the lobby to use the facilities. Maintenance did come to fix but toilet “ran” into the night. It was able to flush but still went to other locations ( lobby or grocery store) to use facilities
