Great property!
The location was convenient
The floors hadn't been vacuumed there was still hair in the shower overall the facility seemed kind of unkept and dirty
I liked the balcony.
They said they had breakfast but didn’t.
The location was overbooked by 18 rooms. I can't give an honest review because I NEVER STAYED there. But I PAID FOR THE ENTIRE PRICE OF A ROOM THAT I NEVER ENJOYED
Paying for a room that I did NOT get to stay in. Booking.com overbooked but STILL CHARGED. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
Great staff and the bed was very comfy. Tells and linens all clean.
Property is in a little less than great neighborhood. Many areas of the hotel aren’t cleaned, like doors and the elevator, and the inside of the door to our room even and there were fingerprints and smudges on the walls. Linens and towels are thrown out in the hallway I guess when housekeeping comes? But definitely doesn’t look great. Carpet in some areas could definitely use replacing. Over all slept comfy and a little extra cleaning in the room made it functional for just a couple of nights of business in the city, but overall not my favorite.
The room was nice and spacious.
The new chef didn’t show so we left the premises to eat breakfast. However, the front desk gal offered to try to cook us something.

The room was nice but it had a foul odor and when we checked in we specifically asked if our room had a balcony and they told us yes and it did not the sliding doors didn’t even open smh
