The beds were really comfortable and I loved the balcony.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when I told front desk I needed my sheets changed she brought me the sheets telling me to do it . I don’t like how they false advertise having breakfast and they don’t ! I don’t like how I didn’t see any house keeping.

Nice staff, good way quite location 15 mins away from most things in the area. Best Central location.

Cons:

We had ants in our room and all was offered was some free drinks when we checked out. Seemed like they knew there was an issue and didn't care.

We originally booked a king suite and put in a queen double, so my husband and I had to sleep In Separate beds. Someone lost their baby the first 40 minutes we were there. The next morning We ask for a courtesy clean on our way to a family event and was told we would get it and came back that evening and nothing had been done. And when we check out we had to basically beg for a paper receipt

Cons:

Very sketchy neighborhood, room was clean, but that was about it. Tons of pot, smoke and trash in the hallways. There is a bar, but there is no bartender, or any beverage available. There is no food so when you think there is at least a purchasable breakfast that would be a lie. The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting. Front desk staff was overwhelmed by check-in and I would never come back there again.

Robyn was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The guest across the hall standing in his doorway naked. And police were called. The next morning (Saturday) the front desk guy was rude and unprofessional.. and pool was out of order.

Easy access with friendly staff

Cons:

Someone smoking marijauna right outside the elevator door and again later in the evening that drifted into our room. Also pool was closed and no attendant at the cafeteria to get anything hot.
