The price.

Cons:

Outdated. There was a front desk African American gentleman who had a real attitude problem with customer service. Possibly the rudest staff member I’ve encountered in some time. Every one else who worked there were exceptional.

Overall good for the price, cleaning needs attention.
Pros:

Overall a good hotel, beautiful lobby. The staff was ok and the room has a balcony, that is a big advantage I think of this hotel. You can actually have a fresh air. Also the hotel has secured entrances, and I noticed camera, monitoring the hallways. That is also good. The hotel has the entrance doors from each corner of the parking.

Cons:

I was there for three nights and there was no cleaning or changing of the towels in the room, even though I put the request my room to be cleaned. When I inquired about it at the time of the check out, the staff explained that they are not required to do a housekeeping, and usually do upon request, if they have enough staff on site.
The building needs updating too.

I liked the location and the updates that have been done to the property.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. They were serving breakfast but that was for $12 per person extra.

Definitely not worth the money.
Pros:

Room layout was fine, front desk staff was courteous.

Cons:

Bed had several long brown hairs laying with in the sheets and in the pillow. When mentioned to the manager all that was offered was a free $12 breakfast. Upon eating breakfast, they were out of almost all items with still an hour to serve.

Overall good stay
Pros:

Great location, decent price, very comfy beds.

Cons:

The tv didn't work at first and I couldn't call down to the front desk because the phone didn't work either. I went down and they just told me to unplug all the cables in the back to reset it. That did work but it was just odd to have the guest do that. The walls were paper thin, we heard every cough, dog bark, and at about midnight, heard about an hour of a couples intimate time. Awkward with my teen daughter.

Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and I loved the balcony.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when I told front desk I needed my sheets changed she brought me the sheets telling me to do it . I don’t like how they false advertise having breakfast and they don’t ! I don’t like how I didn’t see any house keeping.
