The lock on the door wasn't quite lined up. The drunk that kept us up all night was awful. They did try to take care of it. They called the police twice.

Everything, it was unpleasant

The doors lock was broken

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and the lights and microwave were a little tricky to figure out

Although we arrived early, and were given a room, it had not been cleaned. A room with 2 queen beds should have more than 2 towels, 2 forks and 2 glasses. There was not enough stock in the kitchen for 1 person let alone 4. No spoons, no kitchen towels and only 2 bath towels. I had to ask the maids repeatedly for more linens. The staff said to ask for what we needed but it would have been repeated requests. The residents attacked the coffee and fruit the minute it was set out, were very loud and crowded the lobby constantly. If an extended stay hotel is mainly for monthly rentals there should be an area for weekend and overnight guests.

The beds are soooooo firm. The cleanliness of the curtains and stale smell, which isn’t unbearable but not great. There was a room where someone was living in(since extended stay) was loud and obnoxious in their conversation that could be heard from the hall. It reminded of the movie BIG where all the yelling and commotion caused him to block the door and cover his ears. Positive was that even though the hall was loud the room was not. It blocks out quite a but of the outside noise. Also the “continental” breakfast even though we weren’t expecting much but all there were: mini muffins, yogurt, some juice cups, and coffee. At least have some toast or cereal.

Hotel staff told us we could park across the street as we wouldn't fit in the hotel parking lot. We were towing a broken down classic vehicle on uhaul rental equipment. I thought there was no problem. Started to pack up and leave only to find our vehicles were missing. Went in an asked if they saw anything. Was told to call the number on sign that was missed when we parked. Was told by hotel staff then that they had never seen a vehicle towed from that lot. Hotel staff led me to believe it was an okay place to put our oversize vehicle. Dicks Towing Company towed our vehicles and charged us $760 to release our vehicle. We were there to participate in the 2026 Hot Rod Power Tour which Dicks Towing is a sponsor. I feel like we were setup. The hotel staff knew we were getting towed and did nothing. Easy money.
