There were a ton of things out of order. First thing we noticed was the hot tub being out of order and taped off. Then in the morning their juice dispenser was out of order. After we had our event we planned to go to the pool, but then found the pool area was all out of order. This was very disappointing to us, but especially to our toddler.
Something for the booking.com - my husband tried to book this room and kept receiving an error. So I booked the room and then when we got there we were told we booked twice. Once under my husband's name and once under mine. The one my husband booked already charged our card and they could not cancel my booking. I was able to cancel it through my email but still paid an additional $100!! I am so irritated about this. Our small family trip turned sour quickly because of this and the multiple items being out of order. I will NOT be booking through this website again. Or if you refund me I might. It is a little ridiculous though.

Only 3 outlits worked properly. The hot tub was not working and Noone had said anything about it being non working. The pool had mold and rust. The showers were not made for a larger man.

Nearness to the airport. 4.30am breakfast. Airport drop. Car parking at hotel premises.
