Would stay here again if flying out of Des Moines.
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean. Our room seemed to stay quite humid even after adjusting the air conditioner settings.

Cons:

It was State Fair week so the noise with the kids running and jumping around was frustrating. Staff addressed the issue the best that they could.

Not able to do the staff cancelling my room with no notification
Pros:

Was not able to eat it.

Cons:

Honored my reservation, instead you cancelled it that morning with no notification to me. Then wanted to change me $100 more for the same room.

Our stay was ok! The walls carpet curtains all appeared nice. Something is off with cleaning .
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly!

Cons:

The first room we had smelled like a damp wet basement. Very musty. The second room was better but the bathroom smelled like a sour rag. We stayed in that room and kept the door open and it got a little better.
