Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Mixed to negative: several guests reported musty / damp smells, stained bedding and pillowcases, and questionable bathroom caulking; some reviews did praise clean rooms, but overall cleanliness issues were recurring.
Service
7.5
Generally positive: many mentions of friendly, courteous and accommodating staff; isolated negative incidents (rude receptionist, a cancelled reservation) lowered sentiment but overall staff responsiveness was noted.
Location
8.5
Strongly positive: repeatedly described as very close to the airport and well located for dining, laundry and sightseeing, making location a clear strength.
Room Quality
6
Mixed: comfortable beds and soft towels were frequently praised, but many rooms showed wear (old fixtures, creaky baths, buckled floors), humidity/odor problems, and occasional reports of stains or pests.
Amenities
6
Mixed to average: basic amenities (breakfast, towels) worked for some guests, but issues included a nonworking hot tub, faulty charging port, limited breakfast options, no elevator, and other maintenance shortcomings.
Value for Money
7
Generally positive: several guests noted good price and that the hotel was a reasonable value for the cost, though a few complained about unexpected charges or that value was degraded by maintenance/cleanliness issues.
Food and Beverage
5.5
Mixed to below average: breakfast received varied feedback — some found it good, while others described it as skimpy on protein, basic, or even 'horrible'; specific complaints about poor scrambled eggs and limited selection.
Overall Experience
7.6
Mixed but leaning positive: many guests had comfortable stays with friendly staff and good location, while persistent cleanliness, odor and occasional service failures produced a range of reviews; overall stays tended to be satisfactory for the price.
