Cons:

The pool was not clean. The room was not clean as well the shower was dirty.

It ended up somewhat disappointing

The location was very good relative to the logistical needs of our trip: centrally located to all the destinations we had to reach.

Cons:

My wife had to stay elsewhere because the level of background mold in the building was too high for her system--she became symptomatic on premise, both in the lobby and in the room selected for us--so we endured extra expense and bother to make use of the one-night booking we made. The building is older relative to some of the nearby hotels, so that ended up a minus. Also, the TV navigation could also have used more in-room instructions for guests who are somewhat less tech-savvy.

911 stay away
Pros:

Do not stay here. It’s disgusting. I stayed here 7 years ago when it was a courtyard Marriot and assumed it couldn’t be very different. Big mistake. It’s GROSS. I am not a hotel snob. Take it from me 0/10 rec.
Dirty hair all over the bathroom and they won’t do anything about it. Foul. Said if I pay for an upgrade I can have a clean room. Save yourselves.

We only stayed one night to sleep. That's all we needed.

The table in the room had holes in it and the windows were filthy. The shower curtain had a hole in it and smelled horrible.

Excellent, the best in a while
Pros:

Although one of the elevators was out of order, the other elevator work just fine and there was no problems whatsoever with me getting to and from my room and they have plenty of little cart to move your stuff around, so it was great and the front end staff were superb, especially Breeti

Cons:

There was an unruly group of kids that belong to a local hockey league, unfortunately but the front end staff once I let them know what was going on the front end Staff handle it. They handled irate parents who denied everything and the snotty kids too

Very disappointed in the level of service at this hotel.

No advance notice at check in that housekeeping was “by request”. Upon inquiring I was told to check the notice on our mirror - I did and there was no notice! I took a photo and still staff argued it should be there. Housekeeping overall was poor, made the bed and emptied the trash . In room Coffee was minimal and tasteless. Security (room card) on side entry door was not in effect for the 6 nights we were there.
