Good Value
Pros:

Very close to Union Station. The bed was comfortable, but the room decor isn't modern. The room price was lower than other hotels, so I didn't mind the older style furniture in my room. The free breakfast had plenty of options, plus I enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and beverages. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't stay here again ! Smelly and dirty .
Pros:

The room was vey outdated , the dresser was broken in the room , the room was dirty and the smell was very musty !
The pool and hot tub was also very dirty
Also strong smell of weed

Cons:

The peaking was awful ! They had orange cones up so workers piled park close to the building .

Pear Tree needs to remodel
Pros:

Hotel is very old. Room was run down. Sticky bathroom floor. Shower didn't drain good. Stains on carpet. Plug ins were very loose. Things wouldn't stay plugged in. Wouldn't recommend.

Overall it wasn’t bad
Pros:

The hotel wasn’t bad but there were a few things that I didn’t like. The hotel smelled of mildew, it’s a no smoking hotel but my room smelled of stale cigarettes, the furniture was outdated and stained up. The breakfast was amazing and plenty of it! The employees were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I do recommend this hotel!!

The beds were comfortable and was in a good location to downtown.
Pros:

Was in a good location to downtown. Had an indoor pool. Parking was ok.

Cons:

Employees were parking in the main parking lot taking up spaces that guest should have access to. The rooms are outdated and bathroom tub is rusty in the room we stayed in. The first night we stayed we had the smell of dope come through the bathroom vents.
