Price and location
The hotel is close to everything and I really liked the convenience of the shuttle rides to Busch Stadium.
A little crowded during breakfast
It was quiet. Customer service was exceptional. Responded quickly to our needs. Service with a smile. Breakfast was great. Kept everything supplied-good and plates and service ware. Tables were cleaned promptly. Plenty of seating for breakfast.
I intended on walking to and from Busch Stadium but did not realize the darkness of the streets would have to walk back. Did offer numbers to call for transportation from the game however when we called the person said since game was postponed they went home.
I was genuinely surprised by the quality of this hotel. The value for money was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a large bathtub in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. Overall, we were completely satisfied and had a wonderful experience.
Location was great, the pool was nice, breakfast was good. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
It took a little bit to get our rooms ready (even if we arrived around 7pm). The line to make waffles was crazy on weekends :P Thankfully there was a lot more to eat than just waffles

Pool and hottub dirty, constantly running out of breakfast items had to stand in line along time. Dogs barking in rooms!!!

The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable. It had a great continental breakfast too.
It was all good.
There were so many amenities that were offered. Breakfast, free snacks, and 3 beers or wines per night. The hotel was very clean. The staff was super friendly. I truly had a great time.
I wish the rooms were more modern. Outside of that, I don't have any complaints.

In our Room the Wallpaper was peeling off and the ceiling in the Bathroom had obvious signs of a leak from the Room above!
We loved everything the staff was very warm and welcoming. The facility was so clean. The bed was so comfortable. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning customers. Also want to give a special shout out to Miss Doris at the front desk. A.k.a. auntie Doris. She was so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay
What I didn’t like is that we had to leave wish we could’ve stayed longer
