Pros:

Breakfast snack amenities did they have and the price room was clean

Cons:

We had major issues both nights stayed on the 9th floor.. we got woken up at 2am with kids running up and down the hallway, screaming having an ice fight, banging on doors. The second night we come back to the hotel around eight or 9 PM. Try to go to our room and as we get off on that floor, there’s kids running screaming throwing food playing with the luggage carts running into the walls, putting holes in the walls. The whole hallway was a complete mess. My husband went down and complained and the front desk didn’t seem to think it was a big deal.

Relaxation for kids AND adults!
Pros:

The front desk host was so nice, welcoming and helpful. The whole family really enjoyed the 5:30 kickback, breakfast, pool, and the restaurant is good as well.

Pros:

theres nothing to like about this place, honestly could have stayed at a low end super 8 and been off a little better and cheaper.

Cons:

the customer service was bad, the room service didnt even come to our room, the misinformation between the employess, the pool was disgusting, had a kid vomit in it and employees said "thats what chlorine is for", no towels in sight
