We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this in the list of places to stay when visiting our daughter in college.

It worked
Pros:

Gail who was working the front desk at check in was very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Cons:

There was an issue with my reservation and it took 45 min to check in. After that, the barricade on the parking lot would not open. I wasted over an hour just checking in and was then late for the show i had come to see. The hotel needs updating. The bathroom door was covered in mildew. I had a hard time sleeping because I could hear the people in the room next to mine.
The hotel was crowded!

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
Pros:

Location was great, close to everything.
The 5:30 kickback was nice! The chips and dip were nice too. Love that it had free breakfast which offered a lot.
Coke machine and popcorn machine available 24/7.

Cons:

Our air went out 2/3 nights. We were never offered a new room or a discount. The rooms were tiny, with very small bathrooms. We didn’t receive any form of housekeeping- no clean towels or trash removal. I had to ask each night for trash bags and clean towels which I was told they didn’t have liners for the trashcans.

Great stay
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, quiet, good breakfast with bonus after snacks, 24 hr access to free sodas, comfortable, bouncy beds, good water pressure. Our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling and we were moved to another room. The hotel was very kind to knock off a night’s stay for our trouble. I really appreciate that. 11 floors with an elevator. We were on the 10th floor. Would definitely stay again

The ac wouldn’t stay on. We are all hot natured people so we got hot off and on through the night. Aside from that, everything was great.
