Cons:

Ac unit didn't work told them the first day and the second. The third night they decided to move me at 9 pm. After I spent all day at the children's hospital because my daughter had surgery.

Pros:

The location was excellent! We were able to walk to quite a bit and drives for other locations were very close and easy. The breakfast was great for kids, and the staff was very friendly. We also appreciate the secure parking.

Cons:

The room was a bit tired looking. While I believe our bedding was clean (It smelled like it.), there were some stains on the pillow cases, carpet, and walls. It's not surprising in a hotel that caters to families and pet owners though.

Short walk to Union Station and wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were some of the nicest staff you would ever meet in a hotel when we first got there we had a conjoining room. We did not want to conjoining room and that staff worked until they found us a non-conjoining room.

Cons:

If I had to tell you one thing, I didn’t like about the property it would’ve been how long the breathless line was for the waffle maker

Seems like everything was half clean nothing truly cleaned. Bathroom floor in our room had a sticky floor. Shower wasnt to clean

The hotel was nice & the staff was friendly. I believe that the hotel could use some updates with furniture
Pros:

The location was perfect in the center of everything. They have a happy hour with free 3 drinks & snacks. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

There were stains on the floor, I’m sure they cleaned the room prior to our stay. I could hear the people in the room next to us. The hotel definitely needs some renovations.

Good location
Pros:

We thought the location was great! When we arrived they thought they didn’t have anymore double queens available so the staff went out of their way to make it right. Overall the property was clean but just a little run down.

Cons:

The property had a lot of water spots on the ceiling. The hand towel rack was barely hanging onto the wall in our bathroom. The breakfast food was not great.
