We had a great stay! Thank you! We will be back! Basketball tournament families, this is a cost effective place to stay.
Pros:

It was located close to the basketball tournament venues!!! I thought the price was appropriate. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. I loved that it was a no smoking and no pets facility, helpful for people who have allergies. I especially appreciated the quiet and calm atmosphere! I will be booking another room with them when we come for another tournament! Great job!

Cons:

There isn’t a restaurant on site BUT there is pub just around the corner( no need to even get on the main road. Could walk, if feeling adventurous, from hotel). There was a free breakfast but it was over at 10 A.M. but check out is 11. It would have been great had breakfast lasted at least until checkout.

It was reliable, comfortable and meet all my needs for the one night I had.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, very clean room. I love the extra towels and wash cloths. Staff was very nice and helpful when we arrived. And breakfast was good and the staff made sure it stayed stocked.

Pros:

We especially appreciated the gal who cooked and served breakfast. She was an excellent cook, the serving area was well organized, supplied and clean. Food was hot and properly prepared and served.

Horrible/disgusting
Pros:

Not much honestly, I guess the staff was okay.

Cons:

The room was disgusting, I was honestly debating on sleeping on the bed but, I was only staying for one night. The reason I say this is because me and my family discovered a bed bug on the bed, I was so scared of getting lice or any other disease. There was also a dirty fork in the corner of the room, the pillowcases were dirty, had to scrub my face with soap, and the layout of where the elevator was, let’s just say no wonder there’s a lot of child trafficking.
