Excellent location, comfort and food
Pros:

The room, bed and bathroom were wonderful and the breakfast was alot better than others that I have had staying in the USA, fresh options as well as cooked items, and the waffle station was amazing.

Cons:

our toilet mirror light was broken and have loud noises, i had spoke with two staff at different times and the said they will look into it. The first time, no feedback, second time, the technician came but I need to leave the place so when I am back, the issue never resolve and no check back from the staff

It was a nice hotel that suited our needs.
Pros:

The hotel was really nice and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

They only down fall was our air conditioner didnt work so the room was very hot and stuffy. And when I booked my room it showed it had a bath tub which I was really looking forward to and upon checkin it only had a shower, also the water pressure in the shower was very low.

Hôtel très bien situé à environ 20' en bus du centre de Manhattan. Les chambres sont bien isolées et la literie est confortable

Certains.equipements présentaient des signes d'usure (tiroir meuble de rangement qui ne se ferme pas, douche très bruyante), salle de petit déjeuner sous dimensionnée sans garantie d'avoir une place assise selon l'heure à laquelle vous arrivez
