Our stay was pleasant
Pros:

The hotel offers convenient parking, a spacious room, and comfortable beds, which made our stay pleasant. However, I was disappointed by the way the breakfast manager treated her staff. Her behaviour came across as unprofessional and created an unpleasant impression. Overall, the accommodation itself was good, but the attitude towards employees left a negative impression.

Nice room, horrible view
Pros:

The inside is beautiful breakfast was great !

Cons:

Well the fact they allowed a young man to check in acting like a fool and kept my family up ALL night jolting our bed in our room ! Complained twice, one worker made it seem like it was my fault I waited till morning to report them for the 3rd time ! And never got our parking comped like they said. Will never return to this location

This was my third stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

Staff was rude and unprofessional and inattentive. I am disabled was in a wheelchair at curbside when driver arrived he failed to assist with my bags, he only left his seat when a stranger bought my bags to the door. I visibly struggled to board the bus . When I got to the third step my knees gave out, I fell, he then jumped up and offered assistance. While attempting to pull me up, I slipped and to the ground on my back, hitting my shoulder in the process. The same lady and some men came to my aid and got me on my feet. The driver then helps me to board the bus. I spent the next night of my stay in hospital because of excruciating pain which is still prevalent. I was unable to enjoy my stay due to the pain.

I thought I was going to get bedbugs

It was convenient

Cons:

It was unbelievably dirty. There was mold and excessive water damage in the bathroom. The water didn’t get hot. The faucet in the kitchenette didn’t work. Multiple lights didn’t work, and the pillows smelled like dirty hair.
