The staff was courteous. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The shower was a little off putting. Could've been a better design.
Breakfast was fine. I did tried to go back to get something a few minutes after the closing time. Things were locked up.
There could have been blankets in the sleep sofa area.
Maybe the check-in clerk could have shown the invoice information at check-in.
Verifying reservation prior to check-in seemed difficult.
Staff were trying to be "helpful" so they created a Hilton Honours account for me. Unfortunately, they didn't take the time to properly spell my first and last name. After 15 minutes on the phone with the Hilton people trying to straighten this out, I told them not to bother and cancelled my reservation and booked with Marriott.
Please remind your staff if they are going to be HELPFUL they must also be ACCURATE. By not taking the time to ensure you correctly spelled both my first and last name when creating a loyalty account WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR, you lost a reservation. Marriott thanks you for your business and in particular, the caliber of your staff.
i enjoyed the breakfast and the room was very comfortable
i was disappointed that the pool was not working because that was one of the reasons i booked the hotel
there was also a running toliet
Close to the airport
Center of hotel was a closed in entertainment area. Very loud, lots of people.
The curtains were torn into shreds in the bedroom
The pool was closed and they did not notify us the elevator was down . The futon in my room did not open up at all the tub was rusted
it was amazing and clean everyone was so nice
nothing
Bartender John Marter is a beast with the drinks. Smiles comes free too!
The atmosphere the hospitality, the location Place absolutely beautiful the breakfast also happy hour
My stay wasn’t long enough
Location, the room was clean and comfortable.
We needed a last minute hotel room for two nights as our flight was cancelled due to weather. Many others were in a similar situation. As a result, the hotel check-in area was insane with frustrated travelers. We were extremely impressed by the front desk employees who maintained their composure with a smile the entire time. In fact, every single staff member was friendly, polite, and said hello in passing! Even a young man who indicated it was his first day! The airport shuttle was convenient and timely! As an added bonus, the free happy hour was very much appreciated! A few glasses of wine and snacks were definitely needed that first evening!
As we had an early morning flight and anticipated TSA lines would be long from the cancellations, we were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast and coffee the second day (the omelette the first morning was delicious!). A small early morning "grab and go" breakfast would have been nice.
I'm used to a better than average product with Embassy Suites; large rooms, nice furniture, pleasant surroundings. Perhaps that's why my last stay was disappointing.
This location has seen better days and it's just wearing out. The carpet is worn and the furniture obviously needs replacement. The sealant around the walk in shower was cracked and poorly repaired. The restaurant area was not at all welcoming, with too many large tables. The whole place has a tired, desultory feeling to it and needs rejuvenation for what you pay to stay there.
Beautiful inside
Reserved this hotel because of the indoor pool just to learn the pool was not available.
Also, was not aware that there was a $29.99 charge for parking g per day which is crazy.
