Staff very friendly, food good and plentiful.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator working. Had to go in and ask the desk clerk how to get out of the parking lot as the gate would not go up. She said I had to press the Help button. Though I didn't want to use it, there was a sign up that the pool was closed. It appeared to me that the property is suffering from a lack of maintenance.

Pros:

I liked the suites and layout. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good. The TV was very big. The staff was very helpful. There was a very convenient, fast and reliable shuttle to the airport.

They let me store my extra large suitcase there for an extended period while I was in transition of moving. It helped me to make this transition easier.

Cons:

The elevator was slow.The gym was equipped with multiple treadmills and weights over 15 lbs but no lightweight weights

Don't Stay...
Pros:

The hotel had good breakfast!! The shuttle service to and from Airport was good. Unfortunately, the hotel lost power over a day and there was not plan for the guys. The safety of the were at risky with no elevator service, AC, hot water, and limited food. No Saturday from 3pm to check out at 10am. The Manager came in Sunday without a plan or any accommodation. Disable people were trapped on the higher unable to walk down the dark staircase. EMS and the fire department had to come and assist. The stay turned into survivors episode! The hotel is not up to code and is very dated with unsafe conditions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not so sweet Embassy suites
Pros:

We were excited to come visit Philadelphia & decided to get a hotel near the airport. But as it turned out, we should’ve gotten a different one.
On our way to baggage claim, we called the hotel to check on the shuttle service only to be put on hold for approximately 35 minutes which no one ever answered. And luckily, the shuttle appeared probably after another 10 minutes. The shuttle driver was very nice. Once arrived into the front desk, there were no customers there. The phone was ringing nonstop and the girl working there Anastasia acted like she hated her job and didn’t want to help us. clearly not what you want to encounter when you first arrive at a hotel. We were able to get a room, The room is dark and very outdated. The whole hotel needs to be updated very very badly. The room was noisy. One elevator bank is out of order, which is pretty bad for a-large hotel. on a good note, the rest of the hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly.
Sadly, as we will be back in this area 2 more times this month this hotel will not be on the list or ever until it has been renovated,
