Pros:

It was nice and clean big and enjoyable

Cons:

Getting in and out was not the best we didn’t have conditioner or coffee but it was good.

Perfect will stay there on next trip to Bellevue.
Pros:

Staff was great, and rooms were clean, and location was close to the Children's Hospital where we needed to go. Breakfast was great and very convenient for us traveling with a small child.

I understand it’s not there fault however I’m not okay even paying that second night

Cons:

I was unable to shower or use the restroom for my stay and by the time toilets were provided outside it was my check out so going to find businesses with restrooms is inconvenient and the purpose being a concert and we were not able to shower before or after was rough

Happy to staying this hotel and this is my second times to stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Big and clean room.

Good toilet and bathroom

Cons:

Should provide a bottle of water every day.

Pros:

This hotel is close to Bellevue College and we like to stay here because our grandson plays for Bellevue college basketball team. We also enjoy the breakfast and the rooms are spacious and comfortable

Cons:

We are a little surprised that your hotel started charging for parking? I tried to get a decent rate because we don't get to spend much time at the hotel because we're watching basketball games and to pay $20 for a few hours while we sleep. Seems a little much.

Early check in was awesome. We didn't have to kill time waiting for our room.
Pros:

The takeaway items were plentiful and wide variety. The omelet station line was long and slow-moving. The pool was perfect. Our kids loved it and because we got early check in, they got to swim instead of kill time at the mall.
