Pros:

The set up of the rooms around a common area. The queen suites were wonderful. The coffee and food selection were very good.

Cons:

The high chlorine content and smell of the pool. Plus the elevators moved slowly and the waits could be long.

Great stay, right where we needed it when we needed it
Pros:

Very nice room, everything in great condition. Enjoyed the hot tub and adult-only time later in evening.

Fine, but not the nicest Embassy Suites
Cons:

Having to pay $19 a night for parking in a suburban area.
The gym was tiny and oddly shaped, which made exercising a challenge.
Elevators were really slow....so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time, which were not cleaned regularly.

Great rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

The amenities were great, breakfast was delicious however didn't care for hours ending earlier during week days. Staff was friendly. Rooms were roomy and perfect for our family.

Cons:

Rooms weren't very clean. They were very dusty, and floors around edges needed a good vacuum. Bed wasn't the greatest it was squeaky and not comfortable. No water pressure in shower. And having restaurant closed was inconvenient. Especially since we didn't know until we had planned to stay in and went down stairs only to find close sign. Wish water bottle was included in room not $5

Horrible Experience
Pros:

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt one was warranted. This place was awful and an absolute waste of money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found someone else's dirty socks left in the room, and the sheets had visible stains on them. Finding dirty items from a previous guest and stained bedding made us seriously question whether the room had been properly cleaned at all.

Getting a decent night's sleep was nearly impossible. The hotel is next to a construction site where work started early in the morning. The walls are also extremely thin. You can clearly hear your neighbors talking and pretty much everything going on in the rooms around you. To make matters worse, the plumbing is incredibly loud. Every time someone in a nearby room flushed their toilet, you could hear it loudly through the walls.

The customer service made the experience even worse. I was simply trying to request a late checkout of just 30 additional minutes, but I kept receiving conflicting information from different employees. I was eventually told that I needed to speak with housekeeping and was transferred to them. The person in housekeeping was rude and actually hung up on me. I called back and was transferred to someone else at the front desk, who was also extremely unhelpful. All of this over a simple request for an extra 30 minutes.

For what this hotel charges, this experience was completely unacceptable. A clean room, clean bedding, reasonable peace and quiet, and basic courtesy from the staff should be the bare minimum.

Instead, we got a dirty room, stained sheets, paper-thin walls, excessive noise, terrible communication, and rude treatment from employees.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

This was my second stay there in the past 4 months. I will be booking here again for my next trip.
