I booked a room for myself and my daughter and contacted the hotel twice in advance to inform them that we would be arriving late. I was reassured both times that this would be fine and that my reservation was secured.

After driving around 900 km from Poland to Germany, I arrived at approximately 1:00 am. I was extremely tired and exhausted, and my daughter was also very fatigued. We were travelling with our pets and had planned this stop specifically to rest before continuing another 900 km journey to Dunkirk, France, where we had a ferry to Dover, UK.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the entire complex was closed and there was no visible reception. I walked around the property trying to find someone, knocked on doors, and attempted to locate any staff, but there was no one available. I called multiple times and sent messages through the booking chat, but received no response at all.

After such a long and exhausting journey, being left without access to the room was extremely distressing. We were left outside in the cold in the middle of the night with no support or assistance.

I am very disappointed with this experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling long distances who rely on confirmed late check-in arrangements.

Hotel ewentualnie potrzebuje remontu. Zwłaszcza łazienki. Trochę słabe śniadanie.

Einfaches aber sauberes Hotel mit einem erstaunlich guten Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Auch das Frühstück war dem Preis angemessen gut. Freundliches Personal.

Pros:

Für uns war rs ausreichend. Wir waren zum Familientreffen, von daher wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort und dafür war alles ok. Für knapp 30 Euro pro Person/Nacht muss man kein Schloss erwarten. Es war sauber, alles etwas abgenutzt, aber kein Grund zur Aufregung.
