Left early because it was awful and no refund was given for the last day which we didn’t even stay checked out at 1030 a

No breakfast, noisy ac unit kept us up all night, no coffee maker, and coffee up front was terrible

Need house keeping

It was clean and quite.

Cons:

No house keeping stayed 3 nights not once when I got back to the room was there any clean towels or trash taken out. Breakfast was disappointing as well.

I will never stay there again when visiting Tyler.
Pros:

the bed was comfortable, the bathtub was solid and not a plastic insert, the sinker and counter was nice

Cons:

the dingy bedding, not having towels in the room when i arrived, being able to see daylight around the door, the walls were paper thin, there was pee stains around the base of the stool, the stool seat was so loose that when you sat on it you wasn't sure you were going to be thrown. the "breakfast" was coffee out of a machine and a roll pulled out of a box. the pool area was worn looking with no seating, the equipment room was locked up. so disappointed especially since Wyndom was attached to the name of the place!

Mold smells in room, marijuana smells in lobby, breakfast was bad, dirty and old room.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Lobby smelled like marijuana, breakfast was just a packaged muffin and coffee, room smelled like mold, stained sheets, room was dirty and old. So bad we ended up just taking the loss and found a different hotel.

Really good size room.It was clean and quiet. There was plenty of places to eat and shop. I was there for my son's surgery.

Will not plan on staying there again.
Pros:

The staff was an excellent help and very cordial. The bed very comfortable. Appreciated having coffee at all times.

Cons:

The bathtub was dirty. Had hair in it. The pillowcases had stains on them. The pillows were not comfortable.
