The location was good. The room was clean. The staff tried to access our problems like electric plug receptacles not working.
The breakfast was little store bought stale muffins and was not good.
There are German cockroaches everywhere.
GERMAN COCKROACHES
Location to TJC and food
A little dirty but not too bad
Great location, easy friendly check in. Clean and comfortable beds. Over all a good stay.
No laundry facilities, NO breakfast served even though we were told breakfast was from 6-9am, muffins (packaged) and juice was it.
We had to bring used towels to the front desk to get clean towels.
Close to where we needed to be. And was very clean and staff very friendly.
Nothing
Location was very close to the hospital, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and ample parking. The layout made the place appear and feel safe.
The pool chemicals were so strong, my eyes and nose burned just walking into the room (inside pool). Even my teenagers refused to swim in it.
The workout room - advertised on this site as available - was closed. The worker told me that some guests had broken the machines a 'while back' and that the gym was removed form advertisement (which is was not removed from this site).
The coffee offered was so bad that we did not even want to try the breakfast - besides, the eating area looked more like a storage area anyway. Not very appetizing or welcoming.
I asked if there were rooms close to the pool (before we realized it's condition) but was told none were available. As we observed, there were no other guests who checked in or out of said rooms during our entire stay.
Clean room
NO BREAKFAST very out of the way
The tv and phone did not work but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the front desk she immediately switched our room and I was very satisfied.
Nothing
Room smelled like it was a smoking room they were trying to mask the smell. Bed squeeked and was uncomfortable.
The room was great quiet and I got too relax without all the disturbance over powering the television. There's an older gentleman that's very nice and don't mind helping and making it feel safe. And no intruders while you go where you planned. If I had my way the last room and when he's there I'd use days inn and that room. I appreciate him being curiosity and offering too help with my Wyndham rewards point too stay out the weather, but I didn't use this time, just gain points thanks sir.
I've already talk with the establishment and authorities, an my lawyer.
Absolutely nothing.
Everything, my room was dirty people were standing around my room making noise all night, the sheets were dirty, the fridge had dirty wet towels in it.
The staff was super nice when I called and checked in
Upon arrival I asked for sheets and a blanket for sofa bed and was told I must not have tried opening the bed cause it was zip tied. I told her no it wasn't that I had opened it already when checking the room and she let me know the owner wants all sofa bed zip tied so that people can't use them and only 2 people would be able to stay in that type of room. Then that needs to be changed online! Cause I booked it wanting the sofa bed.
She was super sweet and allowed me to get bedding but just wanted to let everyone know don't book one w intent to use it. He doesn't want them used to make you have to get a double.
The pool was so gross! Not even sure if it was open! The lights were off but the smell as we opened the door smelt like I was at a fish market that had no ac or movement of air. We almost threw up!
And the water pressure in shower was horrible it almost didn't wash shampoo or soap from body. Def bring your own shampoo and body wash cause the ones on the wall are the same thing! And watered down.
