Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviews explicitly note clean rooms and property; a few minor issues (sticky maple syrup on a chair) were isolated but overall cleanliness is consistently praised.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, pleasant and helpful; front-desk staff attempted fixes and one agent issued a partial refund when issues arose, supporting a strong service score.
Location
8.5
Several reviewers call the location good and convenient for travel, though one mentioned access off the interstate is slightly tricky and proximity to other rooms can mean noise.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are generally comfortable and spacious with good beds and balconies in some units, but there are recurring issues: a broken sofa hide-a-bed, occasional TV problems, average bed comfort in a few reports, and thin walls.
Amenities
6.5
Amenities are mixed: on the positive side pet areas, workout room and breakfast are appreciated; on the negative side the pool was often closed/under construction and WiFi was reported unsecured, lowering this score.
Value for Money
8.8
Strong complimentary breakfast, clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff contribute to good perceived value; occasional amenity/service gaps (e.g., closed pool) slightly reduce the score.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast is repeatedly called excellent, well stocked and among the best reviewers have had — clear standout feature for this property.
Overall Experience
8.5
Most stays were described as very good or great with comfortable, quiet nights and excellent breakfast; a subset of guests experienced significant amenity or room issues (closed pool, broken sofa bed, TV/WiFi problems) which tempered the overall score.

We’ve stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed our stay. Very dog friendly
Pros:

Plenty of dog walking areas with poop bags which is very much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, best we’ve had in a long time. Place was quiet.

Cons:

The wing we stayed in was being worked on so there was yellow construction tape everywhere. Just had feeling like we were in a construction zone

Pros:

Good location. Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff

Cons:

Completely different elevators for the 2nd floor was kinda confusing. You can hear everything thru the walls. I heard conversations from the room next door, along with kids screaming.

Nice hotel good sleep only the one little hiccup was the maple syrup on the table chair
Pros:

The size of the room and the breakfast was good

Cons:

Only thing I can complain about was the maple syrup that was all over the arms of the table chair.

Pros:

Everything except WiFi security. Clean. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

I would have rated a 10, but WiFi was not password secured. This made me leery to use the internet, which was disappointing.
