Pros:

Good location. Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff

Cons:

Completely different elevators for the 2nd floor was kinda confusing. You can hear everything thru the walls. I heard conversations from the room next door, along with kids screaming.

Nice hotel good sleep only the one little hiccup was the maple syrup on the table chair

I would have rated a 10, but WiFi was not password secured. This made me leery to use the internet, which was disappointing.

Pros:

The King beds were comfortable. The reason I got the room was because of the sofa hide-a-bed. We opened it up and the springs were pretty much ready to pop out, the matress was super thin and you could feel everything including the bars of the bed when you sat or laid down. My two teens had to sleep in the king together (boy and girl) with a pillow barrier between them. The pool was not usable as well. I had specifically booked the hotel because of the room and the pool and neither worked out. I was told at the front desk that they had it on line that the pool was under construction but when I booked it did not say that. One of the ladies at the front went out of her way to make things better. She refunded me some of the room cost after searching for a room to have us move to but being unsuccessful in finding one.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff.
Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also really great, with a nice selection that we enjoyed. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was that the bathroom fan was not working. Other than that, everything was great.

It was good but not as equipped as the best western in Grand Island NE.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work. The staff came up to switch the remotes but it didn’t work. In the bathroom the conditioning was empty and instead of shampoo there was two bottles of body wash but one of the bottles was empty. I had to walk down to get bedding for the sofa couch.
