The room was not cleaned daily. We were originally told that there would be a $100 holding fee; however, the actual fee was $200. There is also no physical person to speak with at the front desk.

Could’ve been better.
Pros:

The sheets were very, very soft and the coffee was good. The men in the machine were professional.

Cons:

The parking lot was small and crowded. Some people spent the night out there.
The check in/out people spoke with me from another country through a machine. Who was there in case of emergency?
Our door had a 3 cm space at the bottom (photo) so we put a towel under it due to the noise and very hot hallway.
Very low water pressure in sink and shower.
Sink and shower didn’t drain well.
AC did not cool to the temperature it was set for.

Pros:

The price was great compared to many places we stayed. Great location, the service was wonderful. The bed was a little lumpy but I slept well. I would stay there again.

Location, love the half pillows.
