Pros:

Value for money.
Brilliant location.

Cons:

Friday night so much noise from the room next to us. 3am shouting, laughing, banging doors.
Knocked on the wall for them to keep the noise down. They did for 5 minutes then started again. 30 minutes.
Then they were awake again at 7.30 am laughing and shouting.🤬.
I realise it's not the hotel fault.
Because everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely. In a great location. And the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The only issue is that there is too many stairs and not enough ramps for people with mobility problems. But all in all a great hotel.

I did not stay for the 3 nights....
Pros:

Room was lovely and it was quiet except for the noise of whatever cooking/heating/ventilation system which was continuous.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom. Water in shower was freezing. I reported it to reception and they said they would have it checked. When I got back to room there was a note to say maintenance had been, but when I tried the shower it was still freezing. Went to reception only to be told I had to let the water run for 5 to 10 minutes and it would get hot. This I did, but this only resulted in tepid water. I was so disappointed with the water situation and the fact that staff felt wasting such an amount of water.

Great hotel for the price and great location
Pros:

Great looking hotel,great history behind it.
The building architecture was amazing.
Rooms basic

Cons:

Room was small and warm, unfortunately our window wouldn’t open either, but there was a fan in the room( it was slightly broken but we fixed it )
