Location was perfect.
The room could do with a bit of a refresh!
Convenient location and lovely interior
Staff were sometimes ignorant
Spacious ideal location comfy beds
Breakfast not included
Beautiful hotel entrance, comfortable room with good sized and cosy bed and functioning bathroom facilities
Thin walls, meaning we could hear shouting and arguing during the day and night from nearby/nextdoor rooms, would say room was a bit on the small side for the money we paid
Room was good

I didn’t like the property they are not the same as Liverpool
The room and the service I got
The location
The breakfast was the worst iv ever seen in my life and iv stayed in 100s of hotels
The location was perfect, so close to everything and for the price I paid I couldn't really complain. I only needed it as a place to sleep as most of my stay was spent out and about. People reviewing this place complaining about the rooms with no windows, but it tells you this when booking, there were some really lovely rooms I saw when passing, so make sure to book what you need, don't book the cheapest option then complain about it. And yes, the place was a little worn round the edges and was clearly a lot grander back in the day, but for the most part, it was clean.
The only real issue was the bed. One of the pillows had marks on both sides, which meant I didn't use it. The bed also wasn't the comfiest, but I did pay for a cheap room, so I expect some shortcomings.
Nice room, comfy bed everything I needed
