Cons:

The security guard was hostile and aggressive to me and my partner when walking out and in the door. I understand it’s job but there’s no need to be like this. The receptionist was rude

Sub standard cleanliness
Pros:

When we went in to the Room, the sheets on the bed were filthy . They did offer a different room but we now had no faith in the hotel and asked for a refund .
I was told i would have to e mail the hotel for this which I have done on numerous occasions and just being ignored .
