Room was clean and staff was nice. Bed was pretty hard though

This is mine and my girls home away from home. This is where we have stayed and where we will always stay. My girls call this their second home. The staff is always so sweet and our room was wonderful. We will see you in December. ❣️

Loved the food options were walking distance, good ambience, board games are not complete in lobby (maybe add options like Uno cards) other than that, everything was perfect!!

The accommodation for my handicap parent was excellent! Will return again

Very clean room morning and afternoon staff were great.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean & large room. Dinning area is small, not enough tables & chairs, many people had to stand for their breakfast.

Great place to stay

I was going to leave 2 stars but i actually liked the hotel
Its quit clean and friendly environment but they did give a couple our room at night so while we were sleeping they came in!!! This was our first time ever staying in a Hyatt hotel.

Shower was a bit dirty and had crumbs and a half eaten grape on the floor of the room but otherwise it was clean.

The room was clean. Staff was nice, two restaurants walking distance.

I loved that the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

We have stayed at this property several times and this stay was much less enjoyable. The breakfast which used to be extra special was substandard this time with hot items being cold (used microwave to warm foods) and no variety from day to day. The bar had no wine or beer or any liquor to speak of. The ice machine continued to be broken. The vacant room next door had a broken fire alarm that continued to go off until it was yanked out of the wall at 11:00 at night. So disappointed this time. Guess we will look for another hotel when we go to San Antonio. Sad.

Room was very dusty. Front staff was not trained. Looks like they were pulling from other areas. Hotel charged my card for the stay even though I used Hotels.com

It is not that it is not good, but in my opinion it is overpriced for what it offers. Had an okay time, breakfast lacks basic options like waffle, chocolate powder, etc
Rooms are comfy, mattresses are cheap and they feel like.
I’ve been to better hotels spending less.
Would not pick this unit again.

The front desk staff (especially Mayra) and actually all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We would stay here agian.

We stayed for week while my mom was in the hospital. The staff made the stay so pleasant. Accommodated us in every way. I want to shout to Alma. Jessica and Myra
made extending our stay seem leas. Truly an amazing staff.

We love staying here when in town. The remodel is nice.
