Great selections for breakfast. Bathroom nightlight and ottomans were a plus.

The bathroom barn style door would not shut, the carpet was stained in several places and the mattress was hard. Also, it was pricey for the area and quality.
It was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our first time coming to Chillicothe. We were in town for a show at the Majestic Theatre. We were given a map of the area and the gentleman working the front desk made sure to point out where the venue was. They had also put together a list of the staff’s favorite places to eat.
Breakfast was really good. Server went above and beyond for taking care of all the people that were there. Very personable and professional.
There was no water pressure in shower. Good thing I had allready washed my hair don't think I would have ever gotten the soap out I have very thick hair. That needs addressed but other than that very happy.
My grandsons love the pool, I love the hot tub !

The hotel was just what we needed. The price was a little higher than I would have preferred. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Very clean and quiet. I would stay again. Hopefully we can earn a discount next time.

Nice place, not far off highway. Stopped here on way to Chicago. Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful with restaurant area info. Elevators were slow. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean. Will stay again.
We really like this Hampton Inn. Great service and employees. We will definitely be back.
When we arrived at the hotel they were overbooked even though the room we reserved was prepaid and non refundable. We had to scramble to secure a room elsewhere which was more expensive. The staff at the hotel was no help, they didn't even bother to call to tell us that we would not have a room before we got there. They claimed that they did not have access to our contact information even though she later said she needed to log into the expedia portal. Sounds like no one took the extra step to try to help us and let us know ahead of time. I would not recommend this hotel
