Our room was nice
The staff fixed our issue with the room as far as the electrical outlet issue gave us an extension cord. The headboard wall had no outlets at all couldn’t plug in our Cpap machines. There was no lamps by the bed because of the issue. The plumbing for the bathroom had water hammer pipes were not installed properly.
Internet was very slow

Pros:

Our experience with the front administration staff was fantastic.
Upon our arrival, very friendly, courteous, kind as well as the checkout process. The breakfast was fantastic as well.
And like location was everything for what we needed.

Cons:

The front door was very difficult to open, nor did it self close for fire.Regulations. the floor was taped down in areas, the bathroom spout needed repair, the water pressure was not good, there were damages throughout the room, we lost power in our room only
Which we needed. Do you have them reset the breaker and reprogram our front door keys.. The front desk staff were very kind and offered us a room inside the motel however, we went with friends and as we were close by to our friends we did not want to move from that area. A small discount was offered and an attempt was made to fix the tub spout. It could be a lovely place to stay. If effort was put into the small things. The front desk manager did provide a discounted rate for our parking.. again, I want to emphasize that the staff are wonderful. The facilities are great. And the breakfast was ideal for what we were looking for. A little care to the rooms would make this a perfect and reasonable priced place if visiting Clifton Hill.

Receptionist was friendly and supportive. Room was newly renovated, so clean bedroom and bathroom.

Had a great stay, and suited our needs perfectly for a few days at Niagara Falls!
Pros:

Breakfast was surprisingly varied - lots of options and was delicious (besides the eggs were very greasy). The room was quiet and very comfortable - it had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay a lot! Location is great as well, and I loved the attached boba shop - such a cool idea. The pool was very spacious also.

Cons:

The room was a touch older/empty, and the shower was a bit small - wasn't a huge fan of having to cross the parking lot to get to our room but it wasn't far so not a huge deal. The hot tub in the pool section was closed which was a bit disappointing too.

Pros:

Separate rooms from the main building need to be reviewed , room set-up. Microwave not available needed to go in the main building. Positive points great customer service i met 3 customer service agents. 2 ladies and 1 gent was wonderful very cooperative and helpful great job 👍 breakfast wonderful
