We had a wonderful stay and it was so peaceful. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Loved Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf which easy walking to lots of good food and attractions
Pros:

We are locals and came to this Hyatt for a Stay cation, early Valentines 💝. The hotel is located to easily walk to so many places. While the hotel is slightly dated, the roo.s were updated, clean, and spacious. Staff were so warm and welcoming... so .any smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here and can recommend it.

V hade ett väldigt trevligt rum, mot gatan och entren. Lite ljudligt kanske, men rummet var stort och ljust. Servicen var perfekt.

Happy experience overall. Happy to recommend it my friends.

Excellent location. Large comfortable room.

Cons:

1. The height of the bed needs to be lower. The mattress needs to soft but firm. There ought to be a pillow menu. Not all customers are comfortable with huge, excessively soft pillows.
2. Room service (even if with a very limited menu) would be a good idea.
3. The reception staff could do with being more pleasant. They could also proactively chat with tourists on what to see, what to eat and so on. For eg had they mentioned crissy field beach we might have considered it.

The staff truly made the stay shine
Pros:

Very happy with our stay experience. The staff truly made the stay shine. The front desk team, especially Adeel, is excellent and does a great job recognizing Globalist members. The restaurant is also very good.

Overall, it was a great stay, and we will definitely come back.
