The staff was so kind, the room clean and well kept. When we needed a late check out due to a family member throwing his back out and being unable to do a morning family trip to the Kangaroo Farm, the Accent Manager graciously allowed my husband to stay behind in the hotel room to rest his back. We also really liked the sparking clean swimming pool. And breakfast was nice at a restaurant using a voucher, right on the property.

The included breakfast at the neighboring restaurant is simply atrocious. They should consider either removing the breakfast with the room or changing partner venue. That restaurant is cutting corners real bad and service is extremely slow. They even appear to be buying reviews. Not at all representative of the hotel.

Smelled a bit like someone’s aftershave so it took a while for that smell to go away
The room was large with a kitchenette and very clean and comfortable. We were close to the pool area which had great lounge chairs and a was kept at a very warm temperature. There were always clean towels available and it was very easy to access.
The staff were very helpful and there was 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby as well as a water bottle filling machine.
Although we didn’t use them, they offered free bike rentals.
The hotel was near the downtown and close by were many restaurants, a shopping plaza and a grocery store
We were treated very poorly by the staff upon check in. I’m still in dismay at how customers can be treated without any accountability. Very concerned. We were left very stressed and deeply saddened by the experience.
we chose a studio and it was large. good tv...I could hook up my streaming device. comfortable bed. fridge in room. staff allowed us to use the freezer in the office to store frozen Costco items. pool was comfortable temperature. good ice machine. free bicyles. bbq area provided. good breakfast included at Ricky's
the pool area needs something to provide more shade
Friendly staff at check-in, room was ready early. Free coffee in reception and $10 per person discount at Ricky's restaurant. Weather was warm enough to relax by the heated pool in the afternoon.
