Wont' stay there again.
Cons:

The heating system did not work properly, it was very noisy and pushed out air rather than heat.
No sense in letting front desk know, as this was booked through Booking.com, and their response would be sorry, they can't do anything about it (i.e. had I just booked through them, they could rectify perhaps a reduced price etc.), as this has happened in the past in prior years with travel. The bed coverings were not adequate, and we were too overly tired to call the desk in the middle of the night to request more. The entire building needs upgrading, and perhaps security to inform addicts shooting up on the property to leave. By the time we left the next morning, I was too tired to make any complaint.

Not worthy of the money
Pros:

They do not serve breakfast in hotel, but actually the one provider is good. That is the only plus point

The set up worked quite well for our families and the staff were exceptional.
Pros:

We really appreciated that the air conditioning worked well! The staff were amazing - kind and professional. And the rubber duckies were a huge hit with our grandsons.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and felt quite well-used - especially the carpets.

Pros:

Ottima scelta. Struttura bella e pulita, servita da ascensore. Durante la nostra permanenza stavano effettuando lavori di tinteggiatura molto discreti, non ci siamo accorti della loro presenza. Stanza grande molto pulita e confortevole, letto comodo. Colazione nel ristorante sotto l'hotel molto buona e variegata. Vicino al centro, circa 30 minuti a piedi da percorrere sulla strada principale o secondaria entrambe tranquille e illuminate.

Wet dog and not free breakfast
Pros:

First day breakfast included 9.99$/person. As both adults ordered more expensive breakfast cost us 23$
Next morning we ordered exactly the same and breakfast cost us 37$
Exactly the same!!!

Room smells like wet dog so bad that is unbearable
