Great location, brilliant city.
Pros:

Location was great to access downtown. Rooms were quiet with windows that opened (prefer fresh air to air con).

Cons:

Breakfast was a buffet, which was fine, but the selection was a bit poor and it was all served on paper plates / cups with wooden cutlery. It didn’t feel very sustainable or high quality for a quality hotel.

A great place to stay.
Pros:

The layout of the room was great. I loved the big corner window. It was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and I loved the large shower with glass doors. The downtown location was close to the Citadel and the public park. Only a short walk to the waterfront. The breakfast offered many choices and was good.

Cons:

The nightly rate was quite high; not sure if it was because of the Sail GP event happening while we were there.

Disappointed for the cost.
Pros:

Convenient to the boardwalk, about 15 minute walk, mostly down hill.

Cons:

I travel A LOT. I understand supply and demand. Hotel prices in Halifax have literally doubled in two years. But when you charge £233 per night, you also have to up your game. A really poor choice for breakfast, served on paper plates with the same wooden cutlery I used on the plane is not acceptable. The photo is an accurate depiction of the choice but cannot convey the lukewarm tasteless offering. One elevator was not working, so opted to walk up nine floors to avoid the queue stretching back into the lobby. I met an elderly couple making their way down, which is not ideal. Score downgraded after some thought. Back in Halifax soon, but giving this one a miss.

Für den Preis erwarte ich mir von einem Hamton/Hilton viel mehr
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, Betten gut , sauber

Cons:

Lieblose Einrichtung ohne dess kleinste Extra, Betten lieblos, ohne gebügelte Laken, schau aus als ob jemand darin gelegen hätte. Kein Restaurant oder Bar. Laundry nur selfservice.
