Pros:

Very clean, and we found it quiet considering it was a weekend. Breakfast was well presented and staff stayed on top of things despite it being very busy.

Cons:

Our bed was well worn, sinking considerably in the middle. We tried requesting some firmer pillows but they didn't exist. So our backs were actually a little sore but we still overall enjoyed this stay.

Over all it was good
Pros:

It was close to the place we were going to.
The included breakfast was great
Having a premium room was awesome as it had good snacks provided.
It was very clean

Cons:

The pool is to small. For crowded easy. There were no changing rooms or showered provided at the pool area.
And a suggestion would be to provide more towels in room that are going to have 5 people.

This is our second time staying here in a very short time. We were travelling for medical.
Pros:

As always, the staff here are amazing. They are very accommodating, as we had a few special requests with check-in and check-out. The room was a Queen Double, but I didn't realize there was not a couch or sitting area (like we had last time with the King). My fault, I overlooked it. The breakfast is very, very good. There are sooooo many choices.

Cons:

Not really a dislike, but there is no restaurant on site. Since we don't drive, we needed or order in meals (other than breakfast). There really isn't anything suitable as far as restaurants in the area. Everything requires a car, or Uber.

Wish there were smart tvs - food and stay was great
Pros:

Most staff were very friendly and accommodating by switching our room due to being on a party floor.

Cons:

One front desk person was very rude and did not seem interested in assisting me in retrieving my charger from the original room where I new it was. She simply dismissed me by saying that house keeping didn’t see it so there is nothing to be done. I asked her to call the room to inquire with the new guests and she refused. I was on a panic due to having no contact with my son or means of getting around. She made no effort to assist me and was very rude. Thankfully I asked to borrow a charger from the other front desk and was assisted. I had to leave without my charger and now need to buy a new one.
