Great for Teams & Families
Pros:

We stayed at Accent Inns Kamloops from April 23–26 for a lacrosse tournament and booked multiple rooms for our team. I would highly recommend this hotel for teams and families.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Even standard rooms include thoughtful amenities like a good-sized mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and dishes — which made it easy to store and prepare food for team meals.

The location is excellent — close to everything you need. The hotel also has a great outdoor setup with picnic tables and BBQs - very helpful for team meals.

What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to use space in their commercial fridge. This made a huge difference in organizing meals for a large group and helped make the weekend run smoothly.

A big thank you to the team at Accent Inns for going above and beyond — we truly appreciated it and would absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

Pet friendly, friendly staff, easy to find, kitchenette, clean

Cons:

Noisy from road noise and noise from hallway. Very expensive for a decent but far from luxurious accommodations.

Clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, close to grocery store.
Pros:

Accent Inns are pet-friendly, which has been a major factor in our decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and for the first time in our experience the room came equipped with plates & cutlery, which was very convenient since we were able to get food from a nearby grocery, there being no restaurant with a patio in the area which would allow our dog to be with us.

Cons:

Nothing to speak of.

Pros:

It was close to shops and restaurants. It was pet friendly and the room was a good size.

Cons:

There wasn't enough cutlery. The room slept 4, there were only 3 of us and there wasn't enough for us.

Pros:

Ideal gelegen, einfache Highway-Auffahrt, freundliche Mitarbeiter, direkt bei Einkaufszentrum & Restaurants gelegen. Gummi-Entchen für die Kids :)

Overall… it was a good stay and well located… I appreciated the Security staff at night as well!
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness and the more recent upgrades, we did have an issue with Reno action work noise below our room, (I appreciate work needs to get done e) but it was resolved quickly and kindly by the staff member immediately changing our room.

Cons:

Although staff members were all very kind and efficient, having identified staff members standing in front of the hotel entrance/lobby area smoking/vaping as guests arrive at the hotel did not support professionalism. I recognize that staff should of course have their breaks, but it should not be the introduction guests are met with or need to walk by or around as you arrive.
