Hotel is under some sort of renovation. I couldn’t even get my door closed. Fridge had previous guest’s food in it. Housekeeping did not come in my room at all. Cigarettes littered area around entry. Room numbers were falling off walls in hallways.
Hotel under renovation. Dusty n dirty. Front desk staff dressed unprofessional. Horrible experience.
Property is under construction, filthy and smells bad
Be warned - hotel is under MAJOR construction. Most services aren't available like pool, gym, food. Hallways stink and construction debris and supplies are all around building.
Room itself was nice and quiet.
Overall I suggest not staying here until construction is done, which is a long way off. There are other hotels right next to this one.
The staff was super nice and helpful. However they were renovating and it was a mess. Elevators weren’t working. The halls were messy with debris lying everywhere. They honestly shouldn’t be open right now. The bathroom was also very gross. Looked liked mold everywhere.
place was under construction but we were not warned what we were about to walk into. the hallways were tore up doors off all of the rooms it looked like a nuclear war zone. felt very unsafe at 12:30 am. our actual room was well past the construction with no warning. our room reaked of fish the windows were taped up with painters tape and plastic and the door barely open and shut. we immediately took the elevator downstairs, slid the room keys on the counter and left and we were refunded the next day without asking.
The whole hotel was under construction but the website did not included that fact. I'm waiting for my from Expedia. Spoke with Sky the supervisor at Expedia and he positively assured me my refund in 24-48 hours
Hotel is still under construction, unsafe conditions in many areas. Room smelled strongly like stale smoke.
The property was under construction but nothing was posted when booking. Complete rooms were stripped to bare concrete with no windows… carpets thru that floor were awful due to this issue. The elevator was covered with protective padding. Nothing was disclosed at booking or check in… only as i seen signs at the elevator and on my floor. Would not have booked or kept reservation had i know but due to a late check in after the baseball game, i wasnt left with another option.
Property is being renovated, our room was nice. Will be a great place when all work is complete
Seems like hotel is in a restoration process, still was extremely dirty and insafe
we were on a floor where we had to walk by the construction they were doing on the other rooms with vanity in hall. it was hot and had damp smell. it worked for a night after driving 5 hours to get there
Room size was nice. Room door was very difficult to open and close. Staff was rarely present. Most of the floor we were on was under construction. Resulting in smoking smell and dusty air.
Great location, just a grimey hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. My bathroom didn’t even have conditioner and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in my room. Lobby was a ghost town and due to construction, they had basically no amenities. Not dirty, just dingy. Just pay for a nicer one, it’s worth it.
Dirty old hotel. Staffs are nice.
Expedia charged me approx. $400, while the hotel bill I received was $310. So $30/day seems excessive. I'll try someone else net time.
The whole property was under construction and it was not mentioned when booking. The room was as it showed but the appliances we were very noisy the hallway was very hot from all the rooms being gutted out. Could not use any amenities. The room was clean.
Staff was great, room was not. Amenities and free guest laundry were good. Broken door and moldy floor was bad. Despite getting sick, I might stay again, as price was good.
The area is a bit tough to navigate with construction.
Previous Hampton Inn sign to be replaced.
Grab n go breakfast back was not too bad if your not too hungry.
Staff was great. Free guest laundry(bring your own soap) was handy. Bus stop right outside for access to shops and eateries. Tv,bed, mini fridge, & microwave were good. Noise, scary neighbors, cops, broken doors & moldy floors were bad. Price was ok, so despite getting sick from the mold , I would stay again.
