地理位置方便，有便利商店，走路可以到仙台車站，推推
Pros:

住宿位置很方便，旁邊就有青葉ㄧ番通商店街可以買很多東西，一直直走就可以去仙台車站，非常便利，旁邊還有兩間便利商店，非常的便利！環境非常整潔，備品飯店都很齊全，非常棒～

謝らないフロント
Pros:

清潔でした。

Cons:

荷物預かりで当日早く電話したら何時でも預かりますよ。って言われたのに、ホテルに行ったらカウンター内いっぱいなので預かれませんと、こちらが悪いみたいに言われて、預かれるから来たのにと言っても、平気な感じに預かれません、の一点張り。
仕方なくチェックインしますと言うとまだ出来ませんと言われ、荷物だけでも置けませんかとお願いしたら、いやいやな感じで、部屋まで持って行って置きますとのことでした。
やっと預けることが出来たのですが、行き違いがあった事は頑なに、すみません、とは言わなかったので。
自分の事じゃないから謝らないのですよね。
と言うと仕方なくすみませんと小さい声で。
まるで私がクレーマーみたいになってしまい、
とても気分が悪くその後のコンサートも楽しめませんでした。
