Good location, quiet, good service staff there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Pros:

Breakfast service was not used. There are many restaurants to choose from near the accommodation.
You can leave your luggage before/after check-in/out.
Good location, a short walk from tourist spots and the train station.
The staff communicates well in English and provides all the information you need to know as well as willingly assists when requested. The room size is large enough for my family. Facilities are adequate for your needs.

Cons:

The toilet may have a smell when flushing.
The room floor is carpeted and some dust is normal.
For us, it's wasn't bad.
