la ubicación muy buena, el hotel se ve por fuera muy bien y la alimentación se cobra parte pero buena

Cons:

la habitacion tenia cortinas rotas, el internet muy complicado de conseguir para mi familia , la alberca cerrada por eventos diarios y no se tenian alternativas para los niños, el gym bueno y funcional.... pero en general todo se cobra adicional, todo de todo

This place is the best place to stay if your looking for an adventure
Pros:

This location was great, close to the trolley and movie theater. We had such fun riding the trolley. Even though there was a special event during my stay. It did not affect us at all. It was just great. Restaurants were also in walking distance. Im so glad we stood there

Pros:

Location is great. They have the LE Swim Party onsight. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

My room was set for 59 degrees. When I adjusted the thermostat to 70, the heater would not shut off. It was 80 degrees when we awoke. I informed the housekeeper, & she put in a request for maintenance. It was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon.

The breakfast and other facilities were great

Cons:

The room had a lot of dirt and spots all over the doors , tv and tables… also a bad smell , I did communicate that with the hotel but the cleaners they sent was just very basic and everything was the same.
Also the private parties that happened during our 3 days weekend stay as we were not able to use the pool and some other facilities during the day which was frustrating as I had to drive my kids other pools to spend the day, wish they mentioned that before the booking.

I don’t think I would book here again
Pros:

Staff was always polite and the breakfast was good. Wood ranch was right outside the hotel.

Cons:

The outdoor pool was closed off due to a private event. If I would have known I would have got a different hotel because my kids were so limited. Also bath tub was dirty and had to ask them to clean it. The room smelled a bit like mold

5 stars for Charles in the restaurant
Pros:

In the Windows restaurant for breakfast, our server, Charles, was top shelf. He even had the chef and head cook come out to meet us at our request. Renee and Jack at the front desk were very helpful and very pleasant. our first room was not up to par and they did move us to a much better room. The pool is very clean and festive.

Breakfast Waitress
Pros:

We had an extended stay at the Doubletree in Mission Valley for a couple weeks, so we went down to the lounge to eat every morning. Elizabeth C was usually our waitress, and she was phenomenal. She is incredibly friendly, always has a smile on her face, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. She checks in often to make sure you have everything you need, and she genuinely cares about her customers. Great food is important, but service like hers is what keeps people coming back! We are going to miss seeing her every morning, but what a blessing she has been to us. Doubletree is lucky to have her!!

The location.

Cons:

I was double charge the parking. They dont explain ´that at the exit of the parking you must show the room key showing the client already paid. I showed my room key it didn´t take it , I psuh the speaker with no answer and I had a big line behind me waiting to get out. I had to pay again. IT was not fair.
A refund from the Hotel. i send an e mail explaining everything i had no response.

Do not stay here. There is much better value elsewhere.
Pros:

Location of town was nice. Public parking was nearby. There was a train rail access across the street. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was non-existent. 1 small can light. Couldn't see your face with all the shadows produced by the light in the middle of the bathroom ceiling. There was a large patch of ceiling finishings missing. Pet hair all over the carpet (we did have a pet). A/C unit kept shutting off and "auto" adjusting to whatever temperature the hotel wanted I guess. Ice and water not located on each floor. The room was very hot.
