Pros:

Breakfast average. Location was great

Cons:

Hotel room that we was given first was nasty, carpet was nasty with something all over it. The second room was average.

Pros:

The only observation for this visit involves the overall construction of the hotel. We stayed in room 210. We were able to hear the guests in room 310 every time they moved about their room.
Other than that, we had a great experience. Cierra, the front desk attendant, did a great job for us. And, her manager did a great job helping her with a process she was not comfortable with. Nicely done by all staff.

Rooms are out dated.. there was a standing light behind sofa bed we moved chair forward there was so much dust on light fixture disgusting i don't it has ever been clean.. room smelled musty.

Pros:

Our sheets had not been changed and there was urine on the comforter, possibly from a pet. They served biscuits for breakfast and they were burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. We stayed on the second floor and the third floor was extremely squeaky.

Pros:

Hotel was run down. The walls and ceiling were patched. The carpet in the room felt dirty. All three drawers in the nightstand wouldn’t stay closed. Front desk said it was due to a slight elevation on one end?? She did offer to give me points for the inconvenience.

Pros:

The breakfast was the same as most Hamptons. Variety and delicious. But the woman running the breakfast was so personable and friendly. Made it all better

Cons:

I don’t like carpet in a hotel room. Just a personal preference

Pros:

Towels were not clean. One of the towels, it had animal feather and the other had someone else’s hair. But bed and bedsheets were clean. The hotel did had an odd smell
