Poor quality
Pros:

Cons:

The quality of the facility in general has diminished. Elevator inspection is past due, food and stains on the carpet in the hallway. The towels were also stained. The upkeep and aesthetic of the facility is not as it used to be. It used to be one of my usual places to stay over the years, I will not be returning.

It was a great stay for the price and the building could use some upgrades . Great location
Pros:

It was in a good location everything was close. I loved that we had a 1st level room so we could take our dog out the back door in our room

Cons:

That it was out dated could use some updates .

The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The curtains were 2 different sizes one long one short. The queen bed had a double size fitted sheet on that kept coming off. There were hairs in the bathroom corner. The pillow case was inside out, the tub drain was rusted. The advertised room was advertised as needing no credit card when reserved on my Visa Debit, which was the refused by the attendant. She was rude. Only one key card worked.

Event with the good price prob not going to return.

Garbage in parking lot outside our door
Keys kept getting deactivated and I could not get in the room without going to front desk to get new ones. Happens twice. And the phone interim did not work.

Pros:

Easy checkin process that can be done ahead of time.

Cons:

Poor plowing and shovelling. Had to park on other side of building that was not well lit as well as the whole driveway was full of potholes.
Chemicals used for cleaning not mixed properly as it’s all you could smell on our floor.

Pros:

I was disappointed at first with having 2 beds instead of a king but did enjoy having 2 different firmness options.

Cons:

Parking lot was full of snow except for the rooms on the bottoms floor which all seemed to be empty. Having to walk all the way around the building late at night in slippery conditions isn’t on my list of things to do.
Also cleaners used in the hallways were too potent as it flared up allergies.

Terrible experience

First room thermostat was broken, outside door was broke, ice on walk way, talked to clerk after 2 hours or so I went to talk again then told me no maintenance was available, changed rooms, then upon check out was accused of smoking in the room which is a lie, then they basically told me it's there word against mine so charged and extra 50 for absolutely nothing

It was a nice place but we couldn't get a shower it sounded like it would explode we told the front deck and they said well come up in about 10 minutes then they never showed up it overall the room was ok as well as breakfast
