Cons:

Floor looks and feel like it was not clean in 6 months at least to not say never… shower paint peeling, tub is full of mold. Room smells like cigarette even that we ask for no-smoking room.

Older building, but it's been kept up quite a bit.

Cons:

Although the floors looked clean my wife and my feet were totally black from walking barefoot. We washed them off really well and then after my wife walked around a bit more, they were dirty again.
Also, as a 70 year old with balance issues trying to take a shower was a scary experience as there is no grab bars anywhere and the tub, is on a slope and there's no gripping or anything there either, which is kind of dangerous, but I managed to stay upright.

I just had coffee, did not see any other breakfast selections

Cons:

Next door tenants screaming and fighting at 4 am, I couldn’t fall back to sleep.
