First room was so.moldy smelling i couldn't do it. Asked guybat desk to be moved he was great btw, got me into room 2. No mold but tv don't work. Go back down now there's a line of course he toys ro fix it, CA t so gets me another room. Tv works here but there is a mold smell. Its not unbearable but nostrils do burn a bit. Its just disappointing tbh

I like the location. And I like the one half of the ownership.
But the staff and a member of the ownership seem to have a disgruntled opinion of booking.com and subsequently any customers booked through booking.com. I believe my customer service experience suffered as a result of that. I do not believe I'll return to this property..

The staff were people friendly. The room was immaculate condition
No security for guests when events are occurring, people are disorderly. Need security guard in the weekend
staff is always friendly always the same faces a month after month year after year which is always great cuz they remember you treat you like family especially the owners

The pets fee shoulnt be as much pets only one time payment for pet not daily or get back if pets didn't damage anything maybe some breakfast be nice

The location (it was surrounded by everything we needed) and the commendations were good ( we had 2 bed & we were able to get 1 bed). The facility was fair and the room was good as it can it.
The people were parking over the line, so you couldn’t park next to them. No cameras for safety in the parking lot. And I wasn’t sure if the pool was clean or safe to get in. Spiders in the bathroom
